I was under the impression this would be a hotel like the others down the road. It is not. It is more like an AirB&B in that you need to take the sheets off the beds, take the towels out of the bathroom and load the dishwasher. The place looks a bit rundown (one of the elevators looked like it had been out of commission for awhile). The hot tub was broken, but that didn't matter since it would have closed at 7PM or 8PM anyway. The office was closed from 11PM-8AM everyday which could have been inconvenient if something went wrong. The beach view from the second floor was more a parking lot view with an ocean background. The place was clean and the parking was plentiful, but I think there is more value looking elsewhere in the area.

On the older side but looks like it's actively being renovated. A decent price for the amount of people who could fit in each unit. The only downside is that we checked in after hours and had a unit with a lock and key (not a hotel key) and security did not have a key for us. Luckily we were checking out the next morning but it was disappointing that we couldn't come and go (no ability to lock/unlock from inside).

2 bedroom condo, with fully equipped kitchen. Walk right onto the beach sand from the resort was a extremely plus for me!!! I loved it the rooms were cleaned and very well kept. I would definitely recommend this resort to others. My husband and I are already planning to come back this summer.

The place was amazing and clean. The customer service was great and responsive. Me and my family really enjoyed our visit. Highly recommended.

Our room faced the ocean. Christina checked us in and was super pleasant. I found the 20 minute walk to the famous Daytona pier area very doable. The kitchen area was well organized, clean, and stocked with tools. Even a maintenance worker assisted the housekeeping staff by providing us with needs. The housekeeping staff was very pleasant when passing. What a great team there. We look forward to a return stay there
