The place is run down. I pay less at Howard Johnson motel and much better rooms. I turned on the shower full blast hot and did not have to turn it cooler. Family iwned it seemed. The guy was not friendly at all. The daughter smiled and was very nice. The coke machine took my $5 and gave me back quarters. I wanted 2 cans but it continued to spit out the quarters and the sprite came out canada dry. Even through Hotel.com it was $89 a night andchecj out was 10:30. Unless I absolutely had to I would not stay there again.

The overall condition of the room was nowhere near equivalent to the photos that were posted. There were no window curtains in my room as dictated in the photo as well as no microwave in my room as dictated in the photo. The smoke detector appeared to have been ripped out of the ceiling, with wires hanging from where it should’ve been. There was a hole in the wall, the toilet was uneven and filthy, the bathroom overall was disgusting. I’m pretty sure the bed had bedbugs, during my stay there I saw three roaches. There were no complementary waters as shown in the info on the site. The neighborhood itself was not in a safe location, I constantly heard arguments outside of my door. There were homeless people and others knocking on my door. The door never fully closed all the way. Honestly, I will never stay here again.

Don’t stay here for any reasons. I got the room that bites. Filled with mosquitoes and busted fixtures. The shower head sprayed water everywhere. Bugs smashed all over the wall. Chipped tiles and tables. No closet, no towel racks, the mini fridge was over flowing with ice. Graffiti etched in everything and a white suspicious substance was on a wall. 2 chairs from a 1970’s bingo hall. Tissue stuffed in the peep hole. I’m convinced the bed was upside down or it was just compressed cardboard. The tv worked, but the volume kept getting lower. The remote would only change the channel and there was a $20 deposit for that. Opened and exposed wires. Seriously I spent an hour killing mosquitoes when I checked in. Also some creepy dude across from the office always smoking and staring looked like he stayed there. I’ve stayed at dives before but this is a new low. I looked at reviews and just cared that it was clean and it was far from it cause it only looks like they changed the sheets. Just the sheets, cause the pillowcases were dirty. The only thing that was good was the a/c and the outside property was clean. Surprisingly not very noisy, but I did hear gunshots when I got in. The desk help was nice and staff gave me extra towels but still this was a dumpster fire of a place. I won’t be back.

Dirty Sheets, Dirty Towels, Roaches everywhere. No warm water at the sink. No Housekeeping in an 8 nights stay.

For the price I paid for the room I already wasn't expecting much, but that was somehow too high. Things were off to a spectacular start from the moment I checked in. The lady at the front desk told me that the room I reserved a month in advance was not available and all they had left were large rooms so I would have to pay an additional $20 cash if I wanted to get one of those rooms *insert several eye rolls here🙄🙄* Once I got in the room I was greeted with the persistent smell of cigarettes, found there was no fridge or microwave, the bed was insanely uncomfortable, and the tv didn't work until I unconnected and reconnected everything. However, it wasn't all day. Until about 4am I was soothed by the relaxing sounds of domestic violence/angry drug use as well as the constant coming and going of random people all night. If my humble review hasn't convinced you to book your next stay here, then I don't know what will. Come for the lackluster accommodations, stay for the exciting and unpredictable behavior of the locals.

Easy access to restaurants, shopping and fuel. Just a bed, bathroom, TV, and a couple of padded dining chairs in the room. Ron was clean enough but in disrepair.

The receptionist and staff over there are harsh. No proper response to the customer

Mainly the floors weren't cleaned, possible insect that bite, didn't find signs of active bedbug infestation, issue with key fob scanning is needing to be addressed. Bed and towels were fairly clean. only do this motel if you need to be near the metro line within walking distance otherwise if you aren't used to more harsh side of reality then avoid.
