My stay at Staybridge was overall okay but I won't be staying at this location again. Pros: location great to access restaurant and stores. Room was a nice size with a little kitchen area. Lobby area small but clean and welcoming. Cons: They appeared to have only a handful of carts for luggage. I had to make two trips to the car to get luggage without a cart. The bathroom shower wasn't clean enough and it looks as if they have been doing maintenance on it. I wore my flips in the shower. I paid in full prior to my arrival but a card was needed for an additional charge upon check in. The $150 charge is still on my card a week later. I don't understand the need to charge someone's card vs putting the card on file. Upon check out the front desk gave me a hard time stating there was nothing they could provide as proof that a charge was made and I had check out on time.

The hotel staff were amazing and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, we had a suite with the fridge and stove and everything and we used it a lot. They had a happy hour night 3 nights a week and it was great to sit down there and converse with other guests and have a relaxing evening.
