good location for a better price value

We had a change of plans six days before our scheduled stay. When I tried to either cancel our plans for a refund, or if that wasn't possible, change our reservation to a different date, I was told that neither was possible. I was told by the hotel staff that it was Hotels.com's responsibility. Hotels.com reached out repeatedly to work with the hotel but without success. I can not comment on the amenities but it is important that you be aware of their cancellation policies before booking.

My stay was nothing short of amazing. I definitely plan on returning and being a loyal member to the hotel

great place to stay if attending a convention! walls are thin if you're a light sleeper but otherwise cute and fun! !
