Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cumberland - La Vale by IHG

Was charged $150 deposit even though I purchased through a third party and found out later they weren’t supposed to do that. I personally think they want to much for the rooms. I paid $212 and a $150 deposit to stay one night! It was decent cleaned but the hotel smelled like cleaner instead of smelling clean. The pool is outdated and the walking trail they advertised is not there. If the rooms were $119 a night would be more reasonable. The best part was that the breakfast was good. I would not stay there again. It was at best “ok”

We found pill bottle on the room promised to get us other rooms free but not response and yet. Room was dirty

Food was okay and plentiful. Room was clean but general areas could have been better. Staff was very friendly

Great stay- clean rooms, plenty of parking, helpful staff. Convenient location. We recommend and will return to stay on our next trip to the area.
