Safe area, good staff, very nice pool/hot tub area. Pool and hot tub were the perfect temperatures in my opinion. Beds were comfortable, on the soft side which I prefer.

Horrible! Didn’t have the room I reserved then charged me same price for smaller room! Water was turned off in middle of taking a shower, got trapped in the elevator for 10mins and majority of the staff are not customer service oriented! Worst Hampton Inn and Suites I’ve ever stayed at!!

Quick overnight stop. Had view of the roof of the pull up entrance. Room was clean, shower was good, hotel staff was friendly. My only dislike, is that the parking is a bit awkward. For being in the middle of nowhere you have to park away from the front door, either on the side or back. If you have a walking disability and are by yourself, it will be a challenge.

It was a great choice for a hotel. The only odd thing was that parking was in the rear. There was a door in the rear but to get to check-in we needed to take an elevator to the lobby.

This hotel and staff were top notch: clean, friendly and great amenities. Breakfast was great, pool and hot tub were very clean and the rooms were also incredibly clean and welcoming. The staff were SO friendly. The only downside to this hotel is the highway noise. If you are a sensitive sleeper def bring ear plugs. I found it unbearable at times.

We were on the top floor and there were several large stains on the ceiling when we arrived where it had been patched. That night it rained heavily and water poured through these patches. They had to come during the night and set up buckets and move our bed and change all of the bedding, as it was soaked. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, but the hotel has not been taken care of. There were other little things too- no fan in the bathroom, old carpeting, etc. I was disappointed, based on the nightly rate of the hotel.

We had an extremely pleasant experience at the Hampton inn and rate it amongst our best stays through hotel’s .com. From the front desk, through check out everything was near perfect. Staff was very cordial and helpful, rooms were extremely clean, amenities were of good quality and the towels were soft and not paper thin. If , for any reason we should return to the area, we would stay at this hotel. Beds are wonderful as well. It’s clear that the attention paid to guests has been through training and it has paid off. Kudos to you all!

By using Expedia they gave me one of the rooms that wall was adjoining the elevator , too much noise . I asked if I could get another room and was told they didn’t have any with Expedia . I offered to buy one if they had one and that’s what I did ! Contacted Expedia by email and got help on getting credit.

Everyone was very accommodating. Our room was not ready when we arrived so they upgraded us to a suite! Nice room and comfortable bed. I accidentally left my phone in the room. We had already checked out. When we went back Ray went up to the room and found my phone. A+ service!

The front desk staff on Sunday morning were unpleasant, did not speak or say good morning. Very unfriendly, they should be on the night shift. While my overall stay was great, this made my departure haunting so much so that I have been telling my family and friends about my stay at your hotel.

It was an easy in/out to everywhere in Lancaster county at this property. Loved the quiet setting, good food options around the hotel and family friendly. Check in wasn’t great due to having issues with Expedia. The gentleman checking us in would t look at me and took quite a while without giving me any ideas why he was taking so long to check me in. A simple explanation would have been fine but after trying and ignoring me for 10 mins he went to a manager who was way more helpful and informative. This would be the only reason why I give a 4 star rating overall. Service should start high from the beginning. Everyone else I encountered was great and very helpful.

We stayed here one night at a rate of $342. For that rate, this was way overpriced as this is just a very basic hotel. No bar, no dining other than a continental breakfast in the morning. My wife tried to get glasses for a bottle of wine we had brought with us and couldn't. Not even the clear plastic kind of cups were available, just paper coffee cups. The room was spartan but clean, The desk staff were nice and helpful. When we stay in this area again, we'll certainly look for a better value for what we paid for than this place.

We were here to go to spooky nook sports complex. Super easy to get to. Shower was nice, breakfast was good. Very close to Amish country as well.

Due to some unspecified "unforeseen issue," the hotel had no room for me. When I arrived, they had already booked me at another Hampton Inn 12 miles away. That stay was good. And it was free, so that helped. I ended up eating the breakfast at the original hotel the next morning. It was very good. Lots of options and hot. The menu had been posted the day before, and it opened at 6am even on a Sunday.

The chairs in the dining area were very worn out. A very limited selection for breakfast.The metal bars in the restroom of our room were rusty. For the price I paid, I expected much better. We won't be staying here again.

The bathroom in our hotel room was disgusting. There was mold in the corners. I couldn’t even take a shower. There was black mold in every single corner. The breakfast was disgusting. The coffee bar creamer would not work. They would not replace it. We couldn’t open it. Would never stay to Hampton again

The front desk staff were amazing! We were staying there due to a storm that took out the power. They were very accommodating and make us feel like home. I couldn’t recommend them enough! If this ever happens again, we will for sure be staying at this hotel again.

Breakfast was precooked cheese omelette- tasteless and on dry side . Bacon was cooked fine . Yogurt and fruit was offered along with make your own waffles . Hot tub controller was not marked and was by the door to come in the pool . . Hot tub was at the far end of the pool - no where near the controller for jets . But we enjoyed the hot water lol
