I stayed only one night and it was a great experience. The only suggestion for improvement would be the outdoor seating was a bit worn. The surrounding property that is beyond the hotel’s control was a bit over grown. None of these things really impacted the over all great stay. I strongly suggest this hotel.

Our room smelled of dog horribly. Breakfast had no clean plates. Pool and an elevator were out of order. Service was ok. Stayed here for the last 3 years of an annual sports event. Probably won't next year.

Room was in good condition. Bathroom could be cleaned better. Elevators need to be fixed would call to have an elevator sent up and would never get up to us. Would not recommend this place to anyone until elevators are fixed.

Everything was decent just wish the grill outside worked and the pool wasn't clean. The complimentary breakfast was great. My room was clean and stocked with soap and dishes in the kitchen area.

Not the best Home2Suites we have stayes at. The floors need a good shampooing and rooms need a deep clean. Came in and oir room had 2 fake nails in closet area, hairs on bathroom floor, and food crumbs on floor. Clearly a rush cleaning job. AC worked amazingly!! Breakfast was ok at best.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, close to the highway yet secluded so felt secure. Enjoyed the convenience of a mini kitchen with residential fridge and microwave, dishes and utensils. Great to welcome pets. The breakfast ends early at 9 am, was fine with a good selection, and fresh fruit. The coffee ran out one morning at 9:15 am. The pool looked great but didn’t have time this trip.

This hotel was very nice. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The room was spacious and we booked a room with a kitchen which came stocked with a full sized fridge, microwave, plates, bowls, cups, cooking utensils, etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was nice. Breakfast was good with a build your own breakfast sandwich, oatmeal, or yogurt parfait option. They also had toast, bagels, biscuits or muffins. The area was quiet, the parking lot was lit up and I felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a regular stop for us on our route to visit family. It’s located in a quiet, safe area and the hotel is clean, updated, and has all of the amenities we want. The only drawbacks during this stay was the bedding. It’s just not as comfortable as other hotels, and our sheets kept popping off the corners of our bed. We ended up using our top sheet as a bottom sheet. We would have contacted someone, but we were exhausted after a day of travel

Tv did not work staff came up and fixed it. Couch was as hard as a rock. Dogs yapping. Kids running up and down the hallways. Breakfast food was bad. I wouldn’t have stayed here if I had known they accepted dogs.

The shower door needed to be repaired and the bathroom door didn't open all the way because it scapped the tile floor. We were lucky enough to be next to the mechanical room with banging pipes from 5 AM until 9 or 10AM. Great friendly service and very clean.

My wife and I recently started our road trip planning around stops in cities that have a Home2 Suites hotel. We find the staff are polite and accommodating, the rooms spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and the prices reasonable. This particular Home2 Suites was no exception. Also the breakfasts are fairly good and there is always brewed coffee in the lobby.

My wife and I recently started our road trip planning around stops in cities that have a Home2 Suites hotel. We find the staff are polite and accommodating, the rooms spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and the prices reasonable. This particular Home2 Suites was no exception. Also the breakfasts are fairly good and there is always brewed coffee in the lobby.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, close to the highway yet secluded so felt secure. Enjoyed the convenience of a mini kitchen with residential fridge and microwave, dishes and utensils. Great to welcome pets. The breakfast ends early at 9 am, was fine with a good selection, and fresh fruit. The coffee ran out one morning at 9:15 am. The pool looked great but didn’t have time this trip.

Staff friendly. Room clean with space and kitchen area. Walk in shower only-no bath. Only issue was toilet not flushing properly had to wait overnight for the maintenance guy to correct. He came by early to be sent away until afternoon. He did correct the issue. Breakfast hard to describe. Like it CNN is set up. To make an egg McMuffin. Did have coffee, juice, oatmeal, cereal and waffles.

Tv did not work staff came up and fixed it. Couch was as hard as a rock. Dogs yapping. Kids running up and down the hallways. Breakfast food was bad. I wouldn’t have stayed here if I had known they accepted dogs.

Our room smelled of dog horribly. Breakfast had no clean plates. Pool and an elevator were out of order. Service was ok. Stayed here for the last 3 years of an annual sports event. Probably won't next year.

Everything was decent just wish the grill outside worked and the pool wasn't clean. The complimentary breakfast was great. My room was clean and stocked with soap and dishes in the kitchen area.

There were ants in both of my rooms on the first floor and second floor. The front staff person was rude and abrupt. Verbally blamed the presence on l on mg term guests. She interrupted anything I wanted to say and no eye contact. Hire some professional people. First and last stay at Home2Home.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Home2suites. We were dropping our son off at college and it was conveniently located. The staff was very helpful in answering questions and supplying bottled water and snacks! (Great idea by the way). We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! The laundry room was a little difficult to understand in the beginning, but was quickly resolved! Enjoyed having the stocked kitchen, which made it easy to reheat leftovers and keep everything tidy! We will definitely visit again!

Nice property. The room was large with a bed, desk, couch and kitchenette. Breakfast was so-so. Staff was nice. air/heater was a bit of a challenge.

Upon check-in, the entire system was down. We got checked in and put in a room. When we got to the room it was occupied already. We went back downstairs to get a new room. After getting to the new room, we could feel it was warm in the room. We turned down the temperature and went to get dinner. When we got back it was still warm. We went back to the front desk and got a new room. This room was finally cool. The problem with this room, was the door had the loudest creak. I felt so bad for everyone else in that hall, because we were moving all our stuff from room to room at 930pm. On top of that, the floor 3 and 4 air conditioning for the hallways was out and made the hallway hot. The ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor were broken and the first was always empty. Luckily we found the 4th floor ice machine working and had ice. Needless to say we won't be coming back to this location again.
