Room cleanliness is excellent. Wonderful to have elec blanket when feeling cold. Howling wind subdued the RV/AC. Maintenance is lacking. Bed lamp US, rubbish and broken glass outside. Location excellent, nice clean quiet warm sleep.

The room was very spacious and facilities modern and clean. Unfortunately for 3 days we unsuccessfully tried to have a working globe in the main room ceiling light. Also the microwave would not function and was not replaced.

Located adjacent to Phillip Island Bridge and local fishing jetty this is an ideal place to stay for the budget traveller. A comfortable bed, clean and large bathroom along with a microwave, cutlery/crockery to allow self catering makes this location family friendly. Excellent fish n chips, hotel bistro, coffee and bakery close by. Penguin parade and other venues less than 20 minute drive.

This unit, although aged, was remarkably clean and well presented inside. Hair dryer, iron & board, Toaster, Kettle, Microwave, TV etc. Extra additions included crockery and cutlery. Ample parking. Beds were comfortable and check in and out was a breeze. Staff were polite & accommodating.

Handy location. Large room with nice facilities. Modern clean bathroom however unpleasant smell in the bathroom that may have been coming from outside. Some staff were more friendly than others. The guy who checked us in at the bottle drive through was friendly and welcoming. The pubs food was fairly priced and tasty. Overall a good place to stay at an affordable price. I would stay again.

whilst we only stayed 1 night we found our room quite adequate for what we needed. Room was very clean and spacious for 3 adults. Only drawback was that there maybe a leak from the shower as the carpet surrounds were a little damp.

Excellent location and place for the price, only negative is the noise from the back of the room from an adjoining hotel facility, wall and door does nothing and very difficult to sleep.

Only stayed one night as we were travelling through. Very large unit. Only issue was the AC/heat. It worked (needed heat in the winter month of visit) but was very noisy when the fan ran. Outside of that everything else was great.

This was just a 1 night stay. Check in via the bottleshop was quick, simple and easy. The rooms at the back of the pub (like at the rear car park area) look very basic, you have that 'what have I done' moment, yet once we went in the room, it was fine. Big rooms - large bathroom. Beds comfy, pillows were fine. Everything is well kept & clean. The room during the day (we arrived around 2.30pm) was quiet, yet during the night seems to have lots of seagulls roosting (but not really sleeping) on the metal roof, so lots of scratching and squawking during the night. I think investing in a bird net over the roof would fix this problem. The pub was great, good food, great staff. Nice little group of shops as well. If they can fix the seagulls on the roof at night, would definitely stay again.

I just arrived home and found I had been charged twice for the one night at San Remo Hotel Motel. I booked online just before I arrived but put the wrong arrival date on the form. The guy in the bottle shop actually booked me in. He said it was not a problem to change the date but said I would have to pay using my credit card and wotif would sort it out. Unfortunately that was not the case as I checked my statement today and noticed two charges. One from wotif and one from the hotel. Is there any chance of a refund from wotif? It would be much appreciated if possible.

Great place to stay, very convenient to the Island and surrounding areas. Easy access within walking distance to some great San Remo coffee. Staff were wonderful and accommodating to extra needs. Would happily stay again.

The location was great, just by the bridge to Phillip Island and amongst lots of facilities. It's attached to the pub which had great food, there's a bottle shop next door and a couple of bakeries 2 mins away. The room was large and had a fridge and electric blankets on the beds. It was good value for money and we've already said we would stay there again next time we visit the area.

Attached to the San Remo tavern & restaurant, this good size family motel room was ideal for my needs. Certainly excellent value.

Great room in a great place. Perfect for taking my family down to the penguin parade. One gripe - we had takeaway from the pub for dinner. My daughters had the chicken parmy which was great. I had the scallop carbonara. It had some cheap penne pasta. Maybe 5 scallops total. Not a lot of bacon, and wasn't seasoned. Quite bland. I didn't have the time or energy to complain about it. For $40 I expected something better.

Great accommodation, easy parking. Very large area. Would stay there again. Short stroll to the pub for a meal. Yummy food. Friendly staff.🙌

Handy location. Large room with nice facilities. Modern clean bathroom however unpleasant smell in the bathroom that may have been coming from outside. Some staff were more friendly than others. The guy who checked us in at the bottle drive through was friendly and welcoming. The pubs food was fairly priced and tasty. Overall a good place to stay at an affordable price. I would stay again.

Our room was so lovely, a really great quality stay and the perfect base so we could explore Phillip Island. The meals at the San Remo Hotel were very good and the staff in the dining room were so attentive. It was great customer service all round and no doubt we will be back again.

Motel room was fantastic. Clean, tidy, comfy bed, great amenities. Bistro was terrific. Very friendly staff, delicious meals at great prices.

Located adjacent to Phillip Island Bridge and local fishing jetty this is an ideal place to stay for the budget traveller. A comfortable bed, clean and large bathroom along with a microwave, cutlery/crockery to allow self catering makes this location family friendly. Excellent fish n chips, hotel bistro, coffee and bakery close by. Penguin parade and other venues less than 20 minute drive.

The location was great, just by the bridge to Phillip Island and amongst lots of facilities. It's attached to the pub which had great food, there's a bottle shop next door and a couple of bakeries 2 mins away. The room was large and had a fridge and electric blankets on the beds. It was good value for money and we've already said we would stay there again next time we visit the area.

This was great for a one night stay - room was very spacious with a queen and two singles, small table and kitchenette. Bathroom was newly renovated and also big. Plenty of room for luggage or extra things if you had kids. Check-in was easy and they were helpful when we needed assistance later with the tv. We also ate at the attached pub. The staff there were excellent, although two of them were really interested to hear about to rooms because they had never seen them! You should let your staff stay in them; they would definitely help promote that as an option to customers. We were served by Hayley and Dom in the restaurant and they were both delightful. They also both gave us the impression that this was a good employer to work for, which was important to us. Walking distance of other shops, restaurants and attractions.

Great place to stay, close to where whale watching boats depart and where the pelicans are fed. Spacious rooms, plenty of parking and quiet. Friendly staff and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, we had their Monday night curry special.
