Excellent place. Room was huge and beds were comfy. Metro and tram station right outside the door, buses were a 5 minute walk away. Lots of parking nearby too, only €4 for 8 hours.

More an apartment hotel experience. Right next to Manzoni metro station for public transport. Italian breakfast offered as an add-on. Cleaning service offered on daily basis. They could have a bigger sign outside, because it's hard to find 1st time!!

It doesn't look good from the outside, it said it had parking but you have to pay for it and it's not inside the hotel and the breakfast they offer is in a nearby restaurant

The accommodation was at least disappointing Dirty floor, dishes couldn't be used because they were full of grease, no microwave... in conclusion the kitchen was useless. There was mold in the shower and the water ran more on the walls than on you. The toilets were dirty, the bedroom door wouldn't close, the furniture was old with scratchers, scratch walls... If you are a smoker, you don't have any designated smoking area. No Long story short : what you see in the hotel's website pictures does not correspond at all with reality.

The Roma resort was in a really good location, 15mins walk to the colosseum and straight outside the front of the property was the metro. The room was very spacious and the lady on reception was really helpful ordering an early morning taxi for our departure. However the property also has some negatives. The location is very noisy from road traffic until the early hours. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The room despite having a no smoking sign inside had clearly been smoked inside as had a stale smoke smell. This has lingered and clothes in cases still smell now we are home. It also has a damp smell in the property. The overall room needed TLC, the bathroom had mouldy seals, peeling away door frames, cupboards without doors and generally in poor condition. The dining table chairs were filthy and I wouldn’t have wanted to eat in here, I took two dishes out to put crisps in for my kids and both were chipped. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again despite the positive parts.

Tivemos uma otima estadia.. quartos limpos todos os dias.. roupas de cama e banho trocadas todos os dias..Recepcionistas simpaticas e muito atenciosas.. A localização pra nos foi perfeita.. perto de tudo.. restaurantes..lanchonete..farmácias.. Apesar de estarmos em uma avenida super movimenta as janelas eram a prova de barulho o que nos possibilitou de dormir tranquilamente.. Com toda a certeza voltarei a me hospedar nele.

Schlechtestes Hotel in meinem Leben. Alles heruntergewohnt. Sauberkeit nicht gegeben. Feuchtigkeit in den Wänden dich nicht reparierte Wasserschäden. Defekte aufgeplatzt Stühle, aufgequollene Möbel im Bad, Schimmel im Bad, Dreck in den Schränken, benutze Handtücher im Schrank. Rückerstattung verweigert mit dem Hinweis, das Zimmer wäre vollkommen in Ordnung. Auf Bilder sah alles toll aus. In echt eine reine Katastrophe.

This stay was in a very great location close to everything you need to see, by walking or by taking public transportation. It is a fairly old location so it seems as if it’s not overly clean. There was a bit of a mold smell in the room as well. Overall good stay.

The shower head was leaking, water sprouting from everywhere. The arms of the sofa bed were very dirty. The kitchen looked like it was in need of repair. Apart from that the accomodation was in a good location.

I really liked Roma Resort Colosseum. They set us up with after hours check-in because we arrived after their office closed for the day. It was an easy process. There are several very good restaurants and grocery stores within a 3 minute walk. The Metro entrance is right outside the buildings front door and the tram stop is right across the street. The bus stop is also very close. The connivence was very nice. The apartment was great. It had two bathrooms, which was great for the four of us. We didn't use the kitchen, but it had everything you would need if you wanted to cook while you were there. It was very clean and they came in daily to tidy up and give new towels. he staff was also very helpful and the office in the building was open everyday but Sunday. We asked them several things while we were there, and we always very helpful and polite. I have nothing negative to say about the property or the staff. I would warn anyone staying here not to use the Laundromat down the street. He tried to triple charge us, and we had to get our credit card company involved. But he is not connected to Roma.

The best part of this property is its location. There was a Metro station right by the building. We liked having access to a kitchenette and two rooms. The property was a little on the shabby side. They would do well to update the sinks with faucets that don’t spew water all over the place. The floors weren’t clean. For three nights, you can put up with the weaknesses, but would not be a good choice as a long-term rental. The above photo isn’t accurate.

The room is clean, but the bed that extends from the couch is terrible. The bathroom is not possible to be locked, and the toilet flushes so gently that it barely manages to flush a piece of toilet paper. We were afraid to use it? The location is very nice in close vicinity of metro.

Convenient location next to metro. I noticed they came to make my bed and tidy up a bit during my stay. I never saw anyone from the management office but there was also no need to reach them. Mattress was a bit hard but besides that convenient location.

We stayed at this location for 6 nights, and aside from the beds being brutal (which they all are in Italy), the rooms were spacious with two separate rooms, both with their own washrooms. The elevator is small and only fits a couple of people or one person with their luggage. My issue was with communication and the noise. The communication was very poor. The reception is only open from 9am - 4pm, so if there are any issues outside of that time, you are kind of on your own. As for the noise, HOLY MOLY! the hotel is located right in the middle of a main intersection, with a metro, main bus route and main tram route, so from 7am - 11pm you hear everything. Also, the amount of sirens from Ambulances and Police officers is CRAZY! there's seriously a siren going off every 30 mins for 12 + hours ( I may be exaggerating, but it seemed that way). But the location was amazing, so I would stay there again, I would just bring some earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones.

The unit was huge! And it’s something difficult to find in Europe. It had three bathrooms!! Kitchen was almost fully equipped. Hot water at all times. Shower-heads holders needed some maintenance as none had grip to stay at place and ended up moving down during shower. Building entrance can be “spooky” as it is graffitied and main entrance door is not well maintained. It is located JUST as you exit a metro station which couldn’t be better when traveling with lots of luggage. A few steps before the elevator once you are inside the building. Walking distance to Collosseum/Forum AND Santa Maria Maggiore where Pope Francis was recently buried.
The unit was huge! And it’s something difficult to find in Europe. It had three bathrooms!! Kitchen was almost fully equipped. Hot water at all times. Shower-heads holders needed some maintenance as none had grip to stay at place and ended up moving down during shower. Building entrance can be “spooky” as it is graffitied and main entrance door is not well maintained. It is located JUST as you exit a metro station which couldn’t be better when traveling with lots of luggage. A few steps before the elevator once you are inside the building. Walking distance to Collosseum/Forum AND Santa Maria Maggiore where Pope Francis was recently buried.

We rented 2 rooms for 4 nights. The hotel is located near one an exit of Manzoni Metro Station. It is walking distance to some of the tourist sites. There is a Carrefour supermarket, delicatessen and other shops nearby. I can recommend the Machete barber! The entrance door is difficult to find. It is covered in graffiti and has a panel falling off. The desk staff were abrupt, almost rude and very unhelpful. E.g. there were a number of issues with our rooms and the staff would not take action but referred us their back office. The rooms are spacious. The air conditioning coped with the hot weather. There were several maintenance items: bed lamp falling out of the fitting (safety?), tap above the “kitchen” sink was loose, a chair was broken etc. Most annoying the curtain in the bedroom had come off its railing and could not be closed, letting in light all night. This was a 3 min job with a ladder – but was not fixed during our stay. There was a smell in the room which we put down to the bidet. We ran water down this for a few minutes each day and it seemed to fix the problem. We contacted the back office, who were apologetic and said they would contact the maintenance group – but unfortunately nothing was fixed during our stay. The “kitchen” is vey basic. A single portable hotplate and a fry pan and pot. The cutlery and crockery were dirty with the remains of previous meals on them. The cleaning pad was disgustingly old and dirty. There were 4 of us from Canada staying at Roma Resort for the first time from Sept 13-18 2025. Initially, we were worried by the damp / musty smell in the reception area but the room was nothing like that. It was clean, cool (air conditioning in the room) and the room was cleaned well when needed. 2 shared the bed and 2 shared the pullout couch - not a bad pull-out mattress. The staff were friendly and responded to any of our inquiries in a timely manner. Would recommend staying here! Very central and accessible too attractions.

Kommunikation var super godt, de var hurtige at respondere besked via WhatsApp nr.og e-mails. Vi ankommet meget sent og de givet os selvbetjening check-in koder og det var smooth/uden problemer. Man kan sagtens går til Colosseum og andre tourist attractions, hvis man er glad for motion, men temperaturen var super varm så vi taget metro - I min egen senge preferences (jeg kan godt lide bløde seng - det var lidt hårdt for mig). It was a great place to stay. Plenty of space for a family of 5. 15 minutes to some of Romes major attractions. My only concern was the service hours. They are only open from 9am to 4pm. Not user friendly if you need assistance, as the lift was broken upon our arrival.

We stayed at this location for 6 nights, and aside from the beds being brutal (which they all are in Italy), the rooms were spacious with two separate rooms, both with their own washrooms. The elevator is small and only fits a couple of people or one person with their luggage. My issue was with communication and the noise. The communication was very poor. The reception is only open from 9am - 4pm, so if there are any issues outside of that time, you are kind of on your own. As for the noise, HOLY MOLY! the hotel is located right in the middle of a main intersection, with a metro, main bus route and main tram route, so from 7am - 11pm you hear everything. Also, the amount of sirens from Ambulances and Police officers is CRAZY! there's seriously a siren going off every 30 mins for 12 + hours ( I may be exaggerating, but it seemed that way). But the location was amazing, so I would stay there again, I would just bring some earplugs or noise-cancelling headphones.

Building was filled with graffitti, unsafe neighborhood. Photos of building and rooms are nothing like the actual place. Made me send a picture of my passport and credit card through email to them personally, if not they would not let me get in the place, while being an unsafe place.

I really liked Roma Resort Colosseum. They set us up with after hours check-in because we arrived after their office closed for the day. It was an easy process. There are several very good restaurants and grocery stores within a 3 minute walk. The Metro entrance is right outside the buildings front door and the tram stop is right across the street. The bus stop is also very close. The connivence was very nice. The apartment was great. It had two bathrooms, which was great for the four of us. We didn't use the kitchen, but it had everything you would need if you wanted to cook while you were there. It was very clean and they came in daily to tidy up and give new towels. he staff was also very helpful and the office in the building was open everyday but Sunday. We asked them several things while we were there, and we always very helpful and polite. I have nothing negative to say about the property or the staff. I would warn anyone staying here not to use the Laundromat down the street. He tried to triple charge us, and we had to get our credit card company involved. But he is not connected to Roma.

Excellent place. Room was huge and beds were comfy. Metro and tram station right outside the door, buses were a 5 minute walk away. Lots of parking nearby too, only €4 for 8 hours.

The Roma resort was in a really good location, 15mins walk to the colosseum and straight outside the front of the property was the metro. The room was very spacious and the lady on reception was really helpful ordering an early morning taxi for our departure. However the property also has some negatives. The location is very noisy from road traffic until the early hours. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The room despite having a no smoking sign inside had clearly been smoked inside as had a stale smoke smell. This has lingered and clothes in cases still smell now we are home. It also has a damp smell in the property. The overall room needed TLC, the bathroom had mouldy seals, peeling away door frames, cupboards without doors and generally in poor condition. The dining table chairs were filthy and I wouldn’t have wanted to eat in here, I took two dishes out to put crisps in for my kids and both were chipped. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again despite the positive parts.

Our family's stay at this hotel was very special. To begin with, I would say that the lady who served us was very kind and professional, always willing to resolve any concerns. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need. The area is fantastic; everything is close by, and there's a train station next to the hotel. Another wonderful thing is that the Coliseum and other attractions are a 15- to 20-minute walk away. Across the street from the hotel, there's a small Chinese restaurant with excellent food and affordable prices. I will definitely stay at this hotel again with my family.

Nice big rooms with a lot of place! The beds are confortable but not the pillows, that we found too big. There's a fridge and cookware. Nicely situated in front of the Manzoni metro station. We really enjoyed the Feelsgood osteria food nearby, we went twice! It would be nice to have shades that close properly in the windows. There's an elevator.

For the price, it was unbeatable! The room was spacious with extra beds, perfect for our young adult kids. Great location near the metro with plenty of food and grocery options. The AC did go out last night in main bedroom and wasn’t fixed during our stay—manageable for us, but could be uncomfortable in hotter months. We did not feel uncomfortable with our surroundings, but there is a lot of graffiti in Rome so be aware.

It was near much nicer options, however it did the job considering we were in the room solely for sleeping and served its purpose of being in walking distance to the colosseum. We never actually saw staff aside from when we went to find the “lobby” the morning we were leaving to see if we could wait inside for our car and it seemed we startled her and she did not want us to stay.

Location was good. Convenient to get anywhere with public transportation system. Room was good. Only complaint was the Air Conditioning. It was limited, I guess is the best way to say it. It would not get cold, only "cool". It would barely blow any air at all, only very low airflow. Would not have been so bad if it were not for the record heat wave with temps above 100 degrees Fahrenheit every day. Everything else was very good. Thank you!
Location was good. Convenient to get anywhere with public transportation system. Room was good. Only complaint was the Air Conditioning. It was limited, I guess is the best way to say it. It would not get cold, only "cool". It would barely blow any air at all, only very low airflow. Would not have been so bad if it were not for the record heat wave with temps above 100 degrees Fahrenheit every day. Everything else was very good. Thank you!
