Apparement un hotel à la mode en ce moment à Delhi, ce qui explique sans doute ma desinvolture du personnel. Aucune attention. A la reception personne ne tient compte de vos besoins. Je n avais jamais vu cela en Inde. Habituellement que ce soit dans un 5 etoiles ou guest house, le personnel est toujours attentif. Reveillee à 4h du matin car il y avait a mariage dans l'hôtel. Hotel à eviter si vous souhaitez vous reposer entre deux avions

Camera grande e pulita. Staff molto cordiale. Aerocity diventera un bellissimo hub di hotel, ristoranti e altri servizi di alto livello...

We had booked a club room which was not ready at the time of check in. It took hotel 2 hours to get our room ready. The room was dated and one could easily see corners with dust n much accumulated. Request for room change and even enquired for room upgrade. The hotel front desk team wasn’t keen to assist. Told us that the next room upgrade is worth 11k plus taxes. Whereas, we had received an email from hotel 15 mins prior offering upgrade at 8k which front desk refused to entertain. Had left our room at 7pm and it took housekeeping around 5 hours to notice the sign at 1am. Ofcourse that was late. Restaurant staff and food was much more efficient and very nice food. Can’t complain. Didn’t feel welcomed overall.

We had a booking but were informed that the hotel was sold out, terrible customer service did not resolve issue, they informed us that the booking system shouldn’t be allowing hotel room bookings as the hotel was full, we had to wait until guest checked out to be allocated our room, very disorganised we got different stories from staff, eventually got a room, poor decor, glass everywhere in the bathroom ie no privacy!!!! Just poor quality, no responsible staff!
