Daha çok yabancı turistlerin kaldığı bir otel menüdeki ürünler onlara göreydi otopark kısmı gece 11den sonra kapalı geç bir saatte geldiğinizde araç park sıkıntısı var ayrıca otopark kısmından girdiğinizde direk lağım kokusu alıyorsunuz ve kullanılmayan otele ait birçok atıl durumda eşya görüntüsü mevcut Kapalı havuzu için tercih etmiştik ilk gün klorlandığı söylendi sonra kullanabileceğimiz söylendi ancak hiç kullanamadık personel birbirinden habersiz havuzda başka sıkıntı olduğu söylendi ve hep geçiştirildik

The price was good, but...cold swimming pool, handheld showerhead, the breakfast is terrible, unfocuse staff in the restaurant, warm and not working minibar.

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr schön und das All-you-can-eat-Buffet war wirklich super – viel Auswahl und alles lecker! 🍽️ Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Beim Schwimmen muss man eine Badekappe tragen und diese vor Ort kaufen, das hätte man vorher vielleicht erwähnen können. Außerdem war der Whirlpool leider außer Betrieb, was ein bisschen schade war. Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt angenehm, das Personal freundlich und das Essen top

It is a typical transit-hotel for waiting for the next flight - it is located near Ataturk airport and 30 minutes from the Istanbul International airport. If you want to visit tourist attractions in downtown then this is not the right place. It is far from Metro and there is nothing to see around the hotel. But if you like shopping then Istanbul mall and other small shopping centers are about 10-15 minutes by taxi. Otherwise the hotel is good with big rooms and good breakfast. One problem we encountered during out stay was that the refrigerator (also called minibar) was not working and they told us that all the rooms in the floor we stayed had the same problem. So we had to buy from the neighboring gass station whenever we needed cold water which is essential when it is very hot in summer. The hotel has a deal with transfer shuttle but it is more expensive than when you book online.

Clean very hospitable and friendly will go again

It was too hot inside the room. Not possible to open the window for fresh air. The air conditioner did not work properly. The bathroom was not clean. Some hair was left in the bathtub and on the toilet seat.

The housekeeper Selvim was awesome. Friendly atmosphere. Also, it is very clean and quiet even when at roadside. The only thing that need improvement is for them to invest in new towels. Otherwise, the stay was amazing.

Horrible!! Stay away. don't even think about staying in this joint. Filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. In the bathroom you could only enter with flip-flops, disgusting. One of the elevators didn't work. Air conditioning was turned off at night and only ventilated without cooling, making the room a sauna. Foam mattress too soft and worn with undercut in the middle, causing it to roll over in the middle when sleeping. Milk for breakfast was soured and the staff didn't even notice. I was disgusted to eat at the restaurant. At the breakfast tables they only removed the dishes of the previous guests but they didn't even pass a cloth. Even though we were in a non-smoking room, there was a strong smell of cigarettes coming from the ventilation duct in the bathroom. When I checked in they charged the 5 nights in advance. When I saw the room I immediately asked for the cancellation of the charge to change hotels, which I was denied even with interference from Hotels.com, they only offered me a room change. We looked at the "new" room offered which was in the same conditions but still had a strong smoker smell. I'm surprised that a hotel with such a low level of hygiene can carry the name of a Radisson chain. See the photos attached from shover box and kitchen entrance. Only the receptionist during the day, Namir, was extremely polite. All other employees were extremely grumpy and rude.

Odada klima ve minibar çalışmıyor du bunun üzerine oda değişikliği yapıldı ama orda da mini dolap çalışmıyor klimada ısıtmıyordu 5 yıldızlı otelde gece üşüdük ondan dolayı pek begenmedim

Daha önce de konakmıştım genel olarak otel kötü değil temizlik personel hizmet vesaire bunlar güzel fakat yataklar çok kötü. Otelde yatmak için kalırsın yataklar ve yastıklar kötü olduğunda geri kalanların da anlamı olmuyor. Yatakların kötü olduğunu personele ilettik ilgilendiler yatağı değiştirmişler fakat değiştirdikleri yatak da kötü çünkü yatakların hepsi eski. Personelin elinden gelen bir şey yok yatakların değişmesi lazım on yıllık otel yataklarda on yıllık

Otel biraz yıpranmış ve eskimiş ilk girdiğimiz odada 3 adet tek yatak vardı biz bir adet çift kişilik yatak istemiştik. Odayı değiştirdi arkadaşlar saolsunlar ancak yeni odamızdada tuvaletin kapısı bozuktu içeride kilitli kaldım. Bütün gece tuvalet kullanımını kapıyı kapatmadan yapmak zorunda kaldık.

Giriş kattaki odalardan verildi bize ve Odalar aşırı küçük ve havasız cam pencere açamıyoruz odanın kapısını açmak durumunda kaldık. Çift kişilik 1 büyük boy yataklı oda istedik önce 2 ayrı kişilik verdiler sonrasında başka odaya aldılar ama yine 2 tane tekli yatağı birleştirip 2 kişilik yaptılar çok rahat değildi. Ama sabahki personel arkadaş çok nazik çok yardımcı oldu bize biraz geç çıkma konusunda odadan.🙏

Oda bakımsızdı

Odalarda pencere olmamasından dolayı ciddi bir havalandırma sorunu var klimadan gelen kötü nem ve rutubet kokusu dayanılmaz. Buzdolabının çalısmaması soğuk su ihtiyacının giderilmemesine üstüne gelince katlanması zor bir 7 güne sebeb oldu. Otelin acentalara hizmet vermesi aynı anda bir otobüs endonezyalı insanın oteli basması lobideki kalabalık ve personele ulaşamamak hiç radison kalitesine yakısmadı. Gece gec saatte kotidarda onlarca bağıran cagıran yabancı insanlar sürekli dolu asansörler de cabası 5 yıldız konforundan uzak bir deneyim di yanlış tercih yaptık

Lobi görevlilerinden kesinlikle memnun kalmadım ,odalar eski bakımsız buzdolabı calısmıyor

Park inn Radisonun kapısından girip check in yaptığım andan taki check out yaptığım zamana kadar sanki kendi evimde gibi rahattım.Resepsiyondaki arkadaşların ilgisi yardım severliği restauranttakiler keza öyle odaların temizliği hiçbir sorunum olmadı. Ulaşım konusunda çok kolay bir alanda çok çeşitli ulaşım imkanlarım vardı. Tek sorun aynı koridordaki odalarda kalan öğrenci gruptu resepsiyona iletince bu durumda çözüldü. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum bir daha İstanbul'a gelirsem gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğim yeri artık biliyorum.
