Beautiful hotel. I stayed in the pool suite and it was well worth the price. I did arrive later at night and had a little difficulty navigating myself to the hotel but their valet service more than made up for it

Genel olarak iyi bir tatil geçirdik.Yaşadığımız sıkıntılar ise odamızdaki televizyon çalışmıyordu görevli arkadaşı çağırmamıza rağmen çok bilgili birisi değildi kablo kontrol etti kumandayla 2 oynadı ve televizyonda değil yayında diyip gitti televizyonsuz kaldık maalesef.. Minibar ücretleri ve yemek ücretleri biraz pahalı onu bilerek geliniz. Ortamı ambiyansı gayet güzel havuz olanağı ve oradaki konfor çok iyi resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok kibar ve yardımsever. Otopark desteği otel sunuyor. Economic cave oda biraz ufak alırken ona dikkat ediniz diğer odaları tercih edebilirsiniz.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Cave Style. Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Kindern in dem Zimmer mit der Terrasse und Whirlpool. (Eine Nacht ca. 270€) Sehr Aufmerksames Personal und sehr gutes Essen mit viel Auswahl . ( 960TL Abendessen) Es gibt ein großes Poll im Hotel der von jedem Kunden benutzt werden kann. Im Allgemeinen sehr gut gelungenes Hotel mit Osmanischen und Römischen Motos in den Zimmern. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden erneuert dort übernachten.

Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön, aber das ist alles, was ich loben kann! Wir hatten nicht die Konditionen, die auf der Expedia-Seite angeboten wurden. Anstelle eines Bettes gab es ein unbequeme Klappbett und rund um unser Apartment (eigentlich ich habe ein Deluxe-Zimmer bezahlt, aber wir bekamen ein Apartment mit Küche und eine Mini Toilette, die sehr übel roch) wurde gebaut, es war laut und sehr staubig, es war ekelhaft! Der Service war nicht aufrichtig, es gab Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, die ihre zickige Art nicht verheimlichten! Nein, das habe ich für so viel Geld nicht erwartet....

The small town it's located in is great, the views from your room are nice. However we had black mould in our shower and our window blind was broken, we told the staff and they cleaned the shower a little better but they didn't get it all and they didn't fix the blind at all. The restaurant is very bland but cheap. All in all it's an ok place to stay if it's on special.

洞窟ホテルに泊まってみたくて宿泊。彼女と二人 とにかく狭い。信じられないくらい狭い セミダブルに大人二人か？ シャワールームから流れ出る水でブースは水浸し。カーテン幅が狭く、部屋全体を覆えない。朝食はよかった。

Otel temizdi, çalışanlar ilgili güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltı da biraz eksik vardı. Biz iki aile gittik 4 kişilik kahvaltı yerine 2 kişilik kahvaltı getirdiler bu konuda memnun kalmadık. Onun dışında güzel farklı bir otel. Mutlaka deneyimlenmeli

I had a great experience at the hotel. It’s a beautiful property with wonderful views of the city and very nice rooms an amenities. The staff was very kind, accommodating, and helpful in arranging laundry services and cheap transportation to/from the airport. Nothing but great things to say about Elika Cave and Suites!

It was terrible experience. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Lady at the reception is very rude. I had to stay in a different hotel because I didn’t wanted to deal with her rudeness. Couldn’t get a refund because this hotel doesn’t have a cancellation option. And I already booked two rooms, so my family had to stay. The hotel service is terrible. You have to pay to warm up indoor pool 45€ per person, otherwise it is very cold to swim. Sauna is also 45€ per person. Rooms don't have windows. Breakfast is decent but you have to wait a lot and ask for everything separately. Building and designs are great but service is terrible! Overall it is not worth to stay at this hotel. Lady at the reception ruined our stay. From our 8 different hotel during our 20 days trip in Turkey, this hotel was by far the worst. For this amount of money that they ask for rooms and extra services you better stay in a 5 star hotel and still safe some money.

Property is nice, rooms really need an upgrade. There is no AC only a standing cooler which u have to ask them to put ice every night, but still it was very hot in the room. Staff was very nice beside the lady at the reception dint have a good attitude, made me wait half hr then asked the guy to go check the mini bar so she can charge me for the things we used from mini bar, why make me wait half hr and then call the guy to go check to room. No thank u or bye after paying. Not coming back.

Genel olarak iyi bir tatil geçirdik.Yaşadığımız sıkıntılar ise odamızdaki televizyon çalışmıyordu görevli arkadaşı çağırmamıza rağmen çok bilgili birisi değildi kablo kontrol etti kumandayla 2 oynadı ve televizyonda değil yayında diyip gitti televizyonsuz kaldık maalesef.. Beautiful hotel. I stayed in the pool suite and it was well worth the price. I did arrive later at night and had a little difficulty navigating myself to the hotel but their valet service more than made up for it

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, sowohl von innen als auch von außen. Im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels in Ürgüp ist es wirklich das schönste. Der Pool ist super schön, auch generell die Bebauung, die ganzen römischen und griechischen Eindrücke sind wunderbar. Der Spa-Bereich ist auch sehr schön, die Preise sind auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Was mich ehrlicherweise aber gestört hat, war die Kommunikation im Restaurant. Es konnten leider nur sehr wenige gut englisch sprechen, oft wusste man nicht wovon man spricht wenn man etwas aus der Karte bestellen wollte. Zudem hat es wirklich sehr lange gedauert bis die Kellner mal auf einen zugekommen sind und gefragt haben was man essen möchte. Mir hat hierbei ein wenig der Service und das warmherzige gefehlt, was ich zb aus den Hotels in Antalya kenne. Das Essen allerdings war immer frisch und sehr lecker. Sie hatten wirklich ein großes Angebot. Das Frühstück war auch gut, nur wird es nach 7 Tagen logischerweise irgendwann langweilig. Aber dafür können sie ja nichts. Insgesamt war es sehr schön, mir hat aber der zuvorkommende Service, ein paar lächelnde und freundliche Gesichter gefehlt. Die Rezeption war immer besetzt und sie waren auch sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es geht also nur um das Restaurant was ich bemängelt habe.

Bu oteli maalesef kimseye tavsiye edemem. Otelde konakladığımız dönemde, tesisin genelinde ciddi bir tadilat çalışması vardı. Ne yazık ki, girişte bu konuda hiçbir bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Bu yüzden ne dinlenmek mümkün oldu, ne de güzel bir atmosfer hissetmek — çünkü otelin birçok bölümü kazılmış, kapalı ya da gürültülüydü. Odamızın tam karşısında matkapla çalışma yapılıyordu, bu gerçekten kabul edilemez. Böyle bir gürültü varken nasıl dinlenilebilir anlamak mümkün değil. Bu durum özellikle çocuklu aileler veya yaşlı misafirler için hem rahatsız edici hem de güvenlik açısından riskli. Beş yıldızlı bir otelden beklenen standartlarla kesinlikle örtüşmüyor. Resepsiyon ekibinin yaklaşımı da oldukça yetersizdi — misafirle iletişim ve misafirperverlik anlamında ciddi bir eksiklik hissediliyor. Kahvaltı çok sınırlıydı; sunum zayıf ve çeşit azdı. Odalar da havasız, biraz eski ve bakım ihtiyacı var. Kısacası, otel tadilattayken açık kalmamalıydı. Önce yenileme tamamlanmalı, sonra misafirlere tekrar açılmalı.

The small town it's located in is great, the views from your room are nice. However we had black mould in our shower and our window blind was broken, we told the staff and they cleaned the shower a little better but they didn't get it all and they didn't fix the blind at all. The restaurant is very bland but cheap. All in all it's an ok place to stay if it's on special.

Oda kahvaltı konakladığımız için mutfakla ilgili genel bir yorum yapamıyorum doğal olarak ama kahvaltı daha kaliteli olabilirdi. Gerek peynir çeşitlerinin ve şarküterinin kalitesi ve sunumu gerekse restorandaki hizmet daha iyi olabilirdi. İkinci sabah kahvaltı soframızdaki ekmek malesef taze değildi.

Gorgeous hotel with high level of service. Perfect for special occasion such as honeymoond or anniversary. The location is magnificent and the restaurant superb. Will definitely come back! Thank you to all the lovely staff, from the people in the front office to the restaurant, the man that take care of the bags and the car and last but not least the Turkish lady at the spa.

Bu oteli maalesef kimseye tavsiye edemem. Otelde konakladığımız dönemde, tesisin genelinde ciddi bir tadilat çalışması vardı. Ne yazık ki, girişte bu konuda hiçbir bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Bu yüzden ne dinlenmek mümkün oldu, ne de güzel bir atmosfer hissetmek — çünkü otelin birçok bölümü kazılmış, kapalı ya da gürültülüydü. Odamızın tam karşısında matkapla çalışma yapılıyordu, bu gerçekten kabul edilemez. Böyle bir gürültü varken nasıl dinlenilebilir anlamak mümkün değil. Bu durum özellikle çocuklu aileler veya yaşlı misafirler için hem rahatsız edici hem de güvenlik açısından riskli. Beş yıldızlı bir otelden beklenen standartlarla kesinlikle örtüşmüyor. Resepsiyon ekibinin yaklaşımı da oldukça yetersizdi — misafirle iletişim ve misafirperverlik anlamında ciddi bir eksiklik hissediliyor. Kahvaltı çok sınırlıydı; sunum zayıf ve çeşit azdı. Odalar da havasız, biraz eski ve bakım ihtiyacı var. Kısacası, otel tadilattayken açık kalmamalıydı. Önce yenileme tamamlanmalı, sonra misafirlere tekrar açılmalı.

Gorgeous hotel with high level of service. Perfect for special occasion such as honeymoond or anniversary. The location is magnificent and the restaurant superb. Will definitely come back! Thank you to all the lovely staff, from the people in the front office to the restaurant, the man that take care of the bags and the car and last but not least the Turkish lady at the spa.

Otel temizdi, çalışanlar ilgili güleryüzlüydü. Kahvaltı da biraz eksik vardı. Biz iki aile gittik 4 kişilik kahvaltı yerine 2 kişilik kahvaltı getirdiler bu konuda memnun kalmadık. Onun dışında güzel farklı bir otel. Mutlaka deneyimlenmeli

We stayed in Room 302, 2-bedroom villa with pool. Highly recommended. Clarifying Notes because hard to tell from pictures. 1. this suite has two swimming pools - one is infinity rooftop pool with glass bottom that is visible from a seating area below. The 2nd pool is on the first lower level. It also has a huge sauna and own Hamam on yhe 3rd lower level. Amazing property. The views are exceptional!! DO NOT SLEEP on the restaurant- it is incredible we tried half their menu and everything was amazingly flavorful. Great staff and service too

Wir hatten einen wundervollen 5-tägigen Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. Es stimmte fast alles: Sehr schöne, individuelle Zimmer, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, schöner Blick auf die Stadt, tolles Frühstück, alles sehr gepflegt – rundum gelungen. Warum nur 4 Sterne? Es wurde offenbar im Zimmer nie gesaugt, wir hatten nach dem Duschen immer Sand auf dem Teppich und damit unter den Füssen – nicht schön… Als wir morgens um 7:30 Uhr auschecken wollten, war nur der Nachtportier da. Kein Englisch, keine Ahnung, wir haben zwar einen Preis genannt bekommen und bezahlt, aber nie eine Abrechnung. Auch wenn der Preis hinkam, das ist wenig professionell und geht um die Uhrzeit besser. Ansonsten würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen!
