⭐ Fantastic Last-Minute Stay at Kaila Beach Hotel We booked last minute and couldn’t have been happier! Staff: Ewa at reception and Alejandro were incredible — friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the hotel. They made check-in effortless and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Food & Drinks: Delicious and varied buffet with great cocktails and mocktails. Rooms & Facilities: Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need. The resort has multiple pools, a private beach, spa, gym, and great snacks for kids. Location & Transport: Shops and excursions right across the street, plus easy bus or taxi access to Alanya centre. About 2 hours from Antalya Airport — private transfer recommended. Kaila Beach Hotel turned our trip around — we’ll definitely be back!

3 gecelik kısa tatilimiz için genel izlenimimiz fena değil. Otel çalışanlarının -arada istisnalar var- ilgisi yaklaşımı güzeldi. Temizlik ve yemek konusunda problemle karşılaşmadık. Şehir içinde olmasının avantaj ve dezavantajları vardı elbette. Otelin otoparkı yetersiz olduğu için aracımı dışarı park etmek zorunda kaldım. Havuzları ve plajı yeterli. Genel anlamda dört dörtlük olmamakla birlikte çok yüksek, spesifik beklentileriniz yoksa memnun edecektir.

It's a nice place for a vacation with clean pools and amazing food. The drinks were good as well, and the customer care service was excellent. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but the beach options were limited, and the sea was quite wavy.

My first visit to Turkey and it was simply amazing. Very nice people work in this hotel. I liked the easy access to the beach and the area. I visited with my partner in October and it wasn't very crowded. Although in the summer there are probably more people, which is normal. The SPA is great and I recommend the hammam. There are 3 outdoor pools and 1 inside. My partner and I stayed only for 6 nights and we didn't have time to use them all, but we are definitely doing that next time. It's very easy to find excursions to different places. The food is very tasty and there is a big choice of all types of meals. There is even a diet section. There are also a few A la Carte restaurants with very good menu. The room is cleaned daily and staff clean all areas regularly. There are lifeguards everywhere. Bottled water available for everyone for free and even staff brings it to you without asking, especially on the beach. For me this is just the perfect place for an All inclusive holiday and it's not too expensive in my opinion.

Hotellet er flot, men komforten erdårlig - sengen er hård som sten at ligge på. Betegnelsen “All Inclusive” bør ændres til : “All Inclusive Light”. Man kan vælge mellem 3 drinks, andre end dem skal der betales for. Strandbaren er ikke omfattet af All Inclusive - ligger man på, den overfyldte, strand, kan man ikke engang få en øl uden at skulle betale for den, det er for dårligt, og slet ikke samme standard som de omkringliggende hoteller, som vi også har prøvet, og syntes bedre om. Maden i buffeten er noget af det kedeligste jeg har oplevet. Hotellet bør Max have 3 stjerner, og ikke de 5 som de praler med.

Amazing staff, hotell and location is great. This cannot go wrong, I would recommend everyone to go here!!! Food is fresh and healty, nice drinks, service & perfect acces to the beach with continued all in clusive services on the beach as well!! Will return to this place.

L’architecture moderne de l’hôtel est magnifique. L’hôtel est tellement vaste, agréable, on ne s’y sent pas oppressé. La cuisine était variée, bonne et généreuse, partout des boissons, pâtisseries, et spécialités locales. Le personnel sympathique, la plage juste à côté. J’étais juste déçue par le SPA: prestation non conforme aux descriptions, temps massage raccourci, produits bas gamme, Hammam froid, sans vapeur… Sinon le reste était super

Nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Atmosphäre. Jeden Tag verschiedenes und leckeres Essen (morgens, mittags, abends). Jeden Abend gab es Mini Disco für die Kinder und täglich wechselnde Shows. Es gibt 3 verschiedene Pools und an jedem Pool eine Bar. Bei 2 davon gibt es auch was zum snacken (zb. Pommes, Pizza, Hamburger, etc.). Wir waren 9 Tage da und es gab nichts wo wir meckern konnten. Alles in allem sehr gutes Hotel neben dem Meer. Zum Strand kann ich leider nicht viel sagen, da wir mit unserem Baby nur am Pool waren. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Wie waren sehr zufrieden :)

Jag och min fru var i Alanya 1 vecka. Vår resa var helt fantastiskt. En perfekt kombination mellan vistelse i hotellet och även utanför när vi utforskade staden för första gången. I hotellet finns allt du kan förvänta dig från ett hotell och mycket mer. Allt från Turkisk hammam till fina fräscha pooler. De sista dagarna i vår vistelse ville vi inte ens lämna hotellet. Maten var fantastiskt. Otroligt mycket mat att välja på och dessutom flera nya rätter varje dag. Stort utbud på efterrätter och 2 snackbars där man kan beställa snabbmat mellan måltider. Servicen i hotellet var jättebra. All personal var trevliga och mötte oss alltid med ett stort leende. Enkelt att kommunicera med all personal. Rummet vi hade var perfekt med fin utsikt över det turkosa blå havet utanför. Vill man ta sig ett dopp så har hotellet en privat strand som man kan nyttja utan extra kostnad. Inredningen och dekorationen var stilren och modern. Lounge-känsla och avslappnade 5-stjärnig atmosfär över hela hotellet. Rent, fräscht och ljust. Hotellet är både barnvänligt och perfekt för vuxna. Mycket fin underhållning på kvällarna. Vi kan starkt rekommendera detta hotell för alla.

Meget flotte omgivelser på hotellet. Maden var virkelig middelmådig, det samme var servicen og rengøringen var under al kritik. Det burde være et 3 eller 4 stjernet hotel, Maximus. Det har ikke fortjent at kalde sig 5 stjernet

Perfect stay. Hotel in the city at the beach, many different areas there of finding peace, fun, nice food spots in the itime between the main meals, private hotel beach access , great sea with warm water. Very friendly and patient staff speaking: German ( big big thanks to Susanne, taking care of every wish you have), and another languages. Really super food; big variety of starters, main courses in buffet form, fresh and very delicious, The best food we had in hotels. Rooms and hotel very clean. Many guests- families, all generations, nobody disturbing or making noise, friendly and respectful Nice shops around the hotel, city centre easily reached by bus. We want to come back next year for sure, We could relax a lot. A big recommendation for Kaila Beach Hotel!!!

Denizi iyi değildi,bulanık ve kirliydi,şemsiyeler sabit değildi sürekli bir görevli elinde çekiçle şemsiyelerin yerini değiştirmek zorundaydı ve hiç hoş bir uygulama değildi. Çarşaflarımız söylememize rağmen hiç değişmedi, yemekler çok güzeldi, genel temizlik çok iyiydi, genel olarak güzeldi ve tekrar gelinebilir

Wir waren für 4 Tage dort und es war wirklich sehr sehr toll. Der Service war wirklich top, ganz besonders ŞERİF von der Rezeption und ALI von der Poolbar. Wenn man ein Problem hatte, wurde in kürzester Zeit geholfen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben aber wir kommen definitiv wieder! :-) Das Essen war auch sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen der kompletten Wahrheit. Ein sehr neues, modernes und vor allem sauberes Hotel! Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt. War wirklich ein super schöner Urlaub :-) Und das Hotel empfehlen wir gerne weiter und nächstes mal kommen wir mit Kind und dafür ist es auch sehr gut geeignet :-) Denn das Hotel hat ebenso einen tollen Aquapark ✨👍

Jag och min fru var i Alanya 1 vecka. Vår resa var helt fantastiskt. En perfekt kombination mellan vistelse i hotellet och även utanför när vi utforskade staden för första gången. I hotellet finns allt du kan förvänta dig från ett hotell och mycket mer. Allt från Turkisk hammam till fina fräscha pooler. De sista dagarna i vår vistelse ville vi inte ens lämna hotellet. Maten var fantastiskt. Otroligt mycket mat att välja på och dessutom flera nya rätter varje dag. Stort utbud på efterrätter och 2 snackbars där man kan beställa snabbmat mellan måltider. Servicen i hotellet var jättebra. All personal var trevliga och mötte oss alltid med ett stort leende. Enkelt att kommunicera med all personal. Rummet vi hade var perfekt med fin utsikt över det turkosa blå havet utanför. Vill man ta sig ett dopp så har hotellet en privat strand som man kan nyttja utan extra kostnad. Inredningen och dekorationen var stilren och modern. Lounge-känsla och avslappnade 5-stjärnig atmosfär över hela hotellet. Rent, fräscht och ljust. Hotellet är både barnvänligt och perfekt för vuxna. Mycket fin underhållning på kvällarna. Vi kan starkt rekommendera detta hotell för alla.

Food & Drinks: Delicious and varied buffet with great cocktails and mocktails. Rooms & Facilities: Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need. The resort has multiple pools, a private beach, spa, gym, and great snacks for kids. Location & Transport: Shops and excursions right across the street, plus easy bus or taxi access to Alanya centre. About 2 hours from Antalya Airport — private transfer recommended. Kaila Beach Hotel turned our trip around — we’ll definitely be back!

Kaila Beach Hotel er et virkeligt smukt hotel med gode faciliteter. Værelserne var store og flot indrettet. Maden var god og varieret fra dag til dag. Vi var dog uheldige med aircondition på vores værelse, da denne ikke virkede. Vi gjorde personalet opmærksom på dette fra 1.dag, dog ude stor hjælp. Der kom en teknikker og kiggede på den, men gik igen, uden at fixe noget. Vi fik i stedet en blæser, hvilket ikke var helt optimalt, da værelset var stort og blæseren derfor ikke kunne køle hele værelset ned. Vi har henvendt os flere gange til receptionen vdr. dette problem, men der blev aldrig gjort noget ved det. Vi mener også at det er et problem, at størstedelen af personalet slet ikke forstår eller taler engelsk, hvilket gør det meget svært og kompliceret at kommunikere. På 3.dag, havde vi booket massage og tyrkisk hamam. Vi havde aftalt med spa personalet, at vi ønskede ydelserne i private omgivelser, eftersom vi ikke ønsker at gå letpåklædt foran andre mennesker, udover de kvinder som skulle udføre massage på os. Da vi ankom til spaen på det aftalte tidspunkt kunne vores ønsker ikke imødekommes og vi fik af vide, at vi skulle komme tilbage på et senere tidspunkt, hvilket ikke passede med vores tidsplan. Vi bedte derfor om at få vores penge refunderet. En mandlig ansat snærede herefter af os og kommenterede, at dette altså ikke er et “islamisk hotel”, hvilket vi finder meget stødende og upassende. Blufærdighed behøver ikke have tilknytning til religion.

It's a nice place for a vacation with clean pools and amazing food. The drinks were good as well, and the customer care service was excellent. The beds and pillows were comfortable, but the beach options were limited, and the sea was quite wavy.

Vær obs på der er MEGET larm, fra nabo hotellet. Så man skal ikke vælge værelserne vendt ind mod naboen A B, hvis du har små børn eller ønsker at sove før kl 23:00 eller længere end til kl 8:00 Vi var vilde med selve K B, sødt personale god beliggenhed i Oba, lækkert og gennemført - men vi kommer ikke tilbage, vedmindre vi betaler lidt mere for et værelse der ik vender ind mod naboen.

Ho aspettato molto prima di recensire questa struttura . Permesso che acquisto sempre 5⭐️ innTurchia perché sappiamo che sono 3 del EU tuttavia alcuni aspetti mi hanno deluso . Siamo arrivati di notte 12:30 e avevano avvisato la struttura del nostro arivvo notturno prima tuttavia non abusano trovato in camera niente altro che acqua senza alcun spuntino . La camera a noi offerta il primo giorno era molto rumorosa perche al esterno del balcone c’erano 9 unità esterne del climatizzatore che spingevano verso il balcone un aria caldissima e ovviamente facevano un sacco di rumore . Fortunatamente dopo un po’ di recessione qua e là è averli fatto notare con le foto le condizioni della camera ce lo hanno cambiato con un altra e amiamo trovato anche un cestino di frutta e del vino come scuse . Aspetti pulizia Le hall erano sempre splendenti e pulite direi ,ma la biancheria asciugami non di un bianco ottico come dovrebbe essere in una struttura 5stelle . L’aspetto della biancheria del letto pure lasciava desiderare non di una qualità adatta a 5🌟. Aspetti cibo :Devo riconoscere che i dolci erano favolosi e c’era una ampia scelta che variava dai dolci tradizionali turchi come baklava a torte con diverse daciture tutte buonissime. Il cibo in sé invece oltre a un giorno con agnello e uno con una fettina di manzo che erano buone ma porzioni te dallo staff gli altri giorni tutto pollo e tacchino e abbiamo notato un reciclare il cibo e ritrasformarlo con varie salse in altro . da migliora

Når vi kom til hotellet fikk vi et rom med dårlig aircondition. Dette ble tatt takt i og vi fikk et nytt rom. Maten var variert og god. Perslnalet var hyggelig.

Hotellet er flot, men komforten erdårlig - sengen er hård som sten at ligge på. Betegnelsen “All Inclusive” bør ændres til : “All Inclusive Light”. Man kan vælge mellem 3 drinks, andre end dem skal der betales for. Strandbaren er ikke omfattet af All Inclusive - ligger man på, den overfyldte, strand, kan man ikke engang få en øl uden at skulle betale for den, det er for dårligt, og slet ikke samme standard som de omkringliggende hoteller, som vi også har prøvet, og syntes bedre om. Maden i buffeten er noget af det kedeligste jeg har oplevet. Hotellet bør Max have 3 stjerner, og ikke de 5 som de praler med.

Det var en rigtig god oplevelse vi er rigtig glade for personalet de er søde og er altid klar på en god snak især Yunus som står for wellness og Hassan der hvergang han skulle samle vores glas eller tallerkener som drillede os med en god hensigt

War wirklich ein super schöner Urlaub :-) Und das Hotel empfehle ich sehr gerne weiter. Nächstes mal kommen wir mit Kind und dafür ist es auch super geeignet, da sie einen kleinen Kinderpool und einen großen Aquapark haben ;-)
Wir waren für 4 Tage dort und es war wirklich sehr sehr toll. Der Service war wirklich top, ganz besonders ŞERİF von der Rezeption und ALI von der Poolbar. Wenn man ein Problem hatte, wurde in kürzester Zeit geholfen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben aber wir kommen definitiv wieder! :-) Das Essen war auch sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. As a group of 9 travelling together we always knew that there may be some kick back from staff, however, we tried to make everything as simple as possible - all ordering the same drink at every drinks order at the bar or planning ahead and notifying the staff if we planned to do certain activities. The bar staff complained about having to simply make drinks and always hounding us for tips because ‘there are so many of you’. We were in general made to feel as though we were an inconvenience to the bar staff, especially those around the pool. The food was another issue entirely, whilst they always had a vast selection to choose from, very little was palatable and most made a vast majority of our group physically unwell and we opted to eat out wherever possible. The pools and beach were pleasant and the slides good fun. The entertainment team, and especially ‘engine(apologies that is probably spelt incorrectly), were the most welcoming and helped us organise many evenings of entertainment. Overall I would say the hotel looks great and there are a few elements that are but these are so heavily let down by staff with bad attitudes and poor quality food, would I go again? No.

Etter vi fikk rommet ble det noen henvendelser til resepsjonen som raskt ble ryddet opp i og vi fikk svært god oppfølging av hotellmanager Nicol som har vært svært gjestfri og imøtekommende på alle måter under hele oppholdet. Det er hyggelige ansatte hvor noen særskilte sørget for at man hadde en best mulig opplevelse og at man fikk hjelp til hva enn man trengte, stilte opp på kort varsel og fikk personlig oppfølging. Alt i alt kan man si at vi hadde en god opplevelse av hotellet som kan anbefales. Igjen en stor creds til manager som virkelig gjorde en god innsats for oss besøkende.

Jag och min fru var i Alanya 1 vecka. Vår resa var helt fantastiskt. En perfekt kombination mellan vistelse i hotellet och även utanför när vi utforskade staden för första gången. I hotellet finns allt du kan förvänta dig från ett hotell och mycket mer. Allt från Turkisk hammam till fina fräscha pooler. De sista dagarna i vår vistelse ville vi inte ens lämna hotellet. Maten var fantastiskt. Otroligt mycket mat att välja på och dessutom flera nya rätter varje dag. Stort utbud på efterrätter och 2 snackbars där man kan beställa snabbmat mellan måltider. Servicen i hotellet var jättebra. All personal var trevliga och mötte oss alltid med ett stort leende. Enkelt att kommunicera med all personal. Rummet vi hade var perfekt med fin utsikt över det turkosa blå havet utanför. Vill man ta sig ett dopp så har hotellet en privat strand som man kan nyttja utan extra kostnad. Inredningen och dekorationen var stilren och modern. Lounge-känsla och avslappnade 5-stjärnig atmosfär över hela hotellet. Rent, fräscht och ljust. Hotellet är både barnvänligt och perfekt för vuxna. Mycket fin underhållning på kvällarna. Vi kan starkt rekommendera detta hotell för alla.

Dejlig lyst og nyt hotel, med gode pool områder ognemt at komme på stranden. Jeg var meget postiv overrasket over standarden er maden, som er virkelig høj. 3 gecelik kısa tatilimiz için genel izlenimimiz fena değil. Otel çalışanlarının -arada istisnalar var- ilgisi yaklaşımı güzeldi. Temizlik ve yemek konusunda problemle karşılaşmadık. Şehir içinde olmasının avantaj ve dezavantajları vardı elbette. Otelin otoparkı yetersiz olduğu için aracımı dışarı park etmek zorunda kaldım. Havuzları ve plajı yeterli. Genel anlamda dört dörtlük olmamakla birlikte çok yüksek, spesifik beklentileriniz yoksa memnun edecektir.

Perfect stay. Hotel in the city at the beach, many different areas there of finding peace, fun, nice food spots in the itime between the main meals, private hotel beach access , great sea with warm water. Very friendly and patient staff speaking: German ( big big thanks to Susanne, taking care of every wish you have), and another languages. Really super food; big variety of starters, main courses in buffet form, fresh and very delicious, The best food we had in hotels. Rooms and hotel very clean. Many guests- families, all generations, nobody disturbing or making noise, friendly and respectful Nice shops around the hotel, city centre easily reached by bus. We want to come back next year for sure, We could relax a lot. A big recommendation for Kaila Beach Hotel!!!

Vær obs på der er MEGET larm, fra nabo hotellet. Så man skal ikke vælge værelserne vendt ind mod naboen A B, hvis du har små børn eller ønsker at sove før kl 23:00 eller længere end til kl 8:00 Vi var vilde med selve K B, sødt personale god beliggenhed i Oba, lækkert og gennemført - men vi kommer ikke tilbage, vedmindre vi betaler lidt mere for et værelse der ik vender ind mod naboen.

My first visit to Turkey and it was simply amazing. Very nice people work in this hotel. I liked the easy access to the beach and the area. I visited with my partner in October and it wasn't very crowded. Although in the summer there are probably more people, which is normal. The SPA is great and I recommend the hammam. There are 3 outdoor pools and 1 inside. My partner and I stayed only for 6 nights and we didn't have time to use them all, but we are definitely doing that next time. It's very easy to find excursions to different places. The food is very tasty and there is a big choice of all types of meals. There is even a diet section. There are also a few A la Carte restaurants with very good menu. The room is cleaned daily and staff clean all areas regularly. There are lifeguards everywhere. Bottled water available for everyone for free and even staff brings it to you without asking, especially on the beach. For me this is just the perfect place for an All inclusive holiday and it's not too expensive in my opinion.

Meget flotte omgivelser på hotellet. Maden var virkelig middelmådig, det samme var servicen og rengøringen var under al kritik. Det burde være et 3 eller 4 stjernet hotel, Maximus. Det har ikke fortjent at kalde sig 5 stjernet

Ho aspettato molto prima di recensire questa struttura . Permesso che acquisto sempre 5⭐️ innTurchia perché sappiamo che sono 3 del EU tuttavia alcuni aspetti mi hanno deluso . Siamo arrivati di notte 12:30 e avevano avvisato la struttura del nostro arivvo notturno prima tuttavia non abusano trovato in camera niente altro che acqua senza alcun spuntino . La camera a noi offerta il primo giorno era molto rumorosa perche al esterno del balcone c’erano 9 unità esterne del climatizzatore che spingevano verso il balcone un aria caldissima e ovviamente facevano un sacco di rumore . Fortunatamente dopo un po’ di recessione qua e là è averli fatto notare con le foto le condizioni della camera ce lo hanno cambiato con un altra e amiamo trovato anche un cestino di frutta e del vino come scuse . Aspetti pulizia Le hall erano sempre splendenti e pulite direi ,ma la biancheria asciugami non di un bianco ottico come dovrebbe essere in una struttura 5stelle . L’aspetto della biancheria del letto pure lasciava desiderare non di una qualità adatta a 5🌟. Aspetti cibo :Devo riconoscere che i dolci erano favolosi e c’era una ampia scelta che variava dai dolci tradizionali turchi come baklava a torte con diverse daciture tutte buonissime. Il cibo in sé invece oltre a un giorno con agnello e uno con una fettina di manzo che erano buone ma porzioni te dallo staff gli altri giorni tutto pollo e tacchino e abbiamo notato un reciclare il cibo e ritrasformarlo con varie salse in altro . da migliora

Il cibo in sé invece oltre a un giorno con agnello e uno con una fettina di manzo che erano buone ma porzioni te dallo staff gli altri giorni tutto pollo e tacchino e abbiamo notato un reciclare il cibo e ritrasformarlo con varie salse in altro . da migliora

Hotellet er flot, men komforten erdårlig - sengen er hård som sten at ligge på. Betegnelsen “All Inclusive” bør ændres til : “All Inclusive Light”. Man kan vælge mellem 3 drinks, andre end dem skal der betales for. Strandbaren er ikke omfattet af All Inclusive - ligger man på, den overfyldte, strand, kan man ikke engang få en øl uden at skulle betale for den, det er for dårligt, og slet ikke samme standard som de omkringliggende hoteller, som vi også har prøvet, og syntes bedre om. Maden i buffeten er noget af det kedeligste jeg har oplevet. Hotellet bør Max have 3 stjerner, og ikke de 5 som de praler med.

Noise room. Food limited, need to pay 3 euro for fresh orange juice in breakfast buffet. Cheap quality of food. Staff training needed in this hotel. English language training needed in this hotel. Overall don't expect 5star. Customer paid 5 star price but on arrival it's 3 Star in this hotel in my options.

Nettes hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Atmosphäre. Jeden Tag verschiedenes und leckeres Essen (morgens, mittags, abends). Jeden Abend gab es Mini Disco für die Kinder und täglich wechselnde Shows. Es gibt 3 verschiedene Pools und an jedem Pool eine Bar. Bei 2 davon gibt es auch was zum snacken (zb. Pommes, Pizza, Hamburger, etc.). Wir waren 9 Tage da und es gab nichts wo wir meckern konnten. Alles in allem sehr gutes Hotel neben dem Meer. Zum Strand kann ich leider nicht viel sagen, da wir mit unserem Baby nur am Pool waren. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Wie waren sehr zufrieden :)

Ho aspettato molto prima di recensire questa struttura . Permesso che acquisto sempre 5⭐️ innTurchia perché sappiamo che sono 3 del EU tuttavia alcuni aspetti mi hanno deluso . Siamo arrivati di notte 12:30 e avevano avvisato la struttura del nostro arivvo notturno prima tuttavia non abusano trovato in camera niente altro che acqua senza alcun spuntino . La camera a noi offerta il primo giorno era molto rumorosa perche al esterno del balcone c’erano 9 unità esterne del climatizzatore che spingevano verso il balcone un aria caldissima e ovviamente facevano un sacco di rumore . Fortunatamente dopo un po’ di recessione qua e là è averli fatto notare con le foto le condizioni della camera ce lo hanno cambiato con un altra e amiamo trovato anche un cestino di frutta e del vino come scuse . Aspetti pulizia Le hall erano sempre splendenti e pulite direi ,ma la biancheria asciugami non di un bianco ottico come dovrebbe essere in una struttura 5stelle . L’aspetto della biancheria del letto pure lasciava desiderare non di una qualità adatta a 5🌟. We stayed at the Kaila Hotel from 16–22 August as a family of 15, and it was truly one of the most memorable holidays we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The food was outstanding and one of the highlights of our holiday. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and the daily themed cuisines made every meal something to look forward to. A special thank you to Adil, an exceptional chef whose attention to detail and passion for food were evident in every dish. We also enjoyed a wonderful meal at the à la carte restaurant, and the flavours, especially the olives, were unforgettable. We would also like to thank Mehtap and Zehra Abla for their warm smiles each morning and their delicious gözlemes, which were the perfect start to the day. Mızrak and Nadia were equally wonderful, always making us feel comfortable, welcome, and well looked after. This was more than just a holiday—it was a special experience that created lasting memories for our entire family. Thank you to the entire Kaila team for your hard work, kindness, and dedication. Alt det gode: Pænt hotel, lækre store og rene værelser. Det er det pæneste hotel vi har boet på i Alanya. Virkelig venligt og smilende personale. Beliggenhed super god til strand, by og Alanya. Pæne faciliteter. Mad god - dog lidt ensformig. Det mindre gode: ALT for mange mennesker (i juli) og slet ikke solsenge nok. Folk spærrer solsengene om morgenen, og så ser man ikke mere til de mennesker. Her burde der være kontrol fra hotellets side. Man har ikke en chance for at få en solseng hvis man kommer efter morgenmad. Musikken er vanvittig høj…som I absurd høj…overalt ved pool’sene, og uudholdeligt til show om aftenen. Det samme med nabo-hotellets show. Det slutter dog inden 23 hvilket vi var yderst taknemmelige for.
