Unfortunately, our room was not very clean. Also the safe was not working. That's why we contacted the staff to give us a new room. Unfortunately, the next room was the same. So a handyman came to fix the safe and a cleaner to clean again. In the end it was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is under renovation on the front part. But it doesn’t affect much experience for me since the room and the hotel lobby are still ok. Got free breakfast with quite complete selection. Will stay again if I go malang. Quite in city Centre and easy to go around from this hotel. Just next to the old malang train station too!

Nice hotel, nice pool and great breakfast buffet. Spa services on site. Staff very helpful. ATM nearby. But if distance to some attractions but transportation cheap and hotel staff willing to help co-ordinate. Would recommend and would stay again if back in Malang.
