The property is beautiful and the food is great. However, we found a BAT in our bathroom and the staff did not seem concerned and their response was very underwhelming (pretty much none)

Carmel is an awesome luxory option in Cumbuco. Great room, amazing pool, friendly staff and great food! Include the meals in your trip, it’s worth it!
