Aufenthalt für 3 Nächte

Très belle vue sur les îles Gili mais petite structure (5 chambres) en déclin faute d’entretien suffisant, on se demande si l’hôtel est toujours en activité lorsqu’on arrive avec un bureau d’accueil défraîchi et inutilisé, les serviettes sont tachées (plus propres après s’être plaints), eau chaude pas constante (majorité des douches à l’eau froide), trou entre les chambres ce qui laisse passer les bruits d’à coté et enfin les chiens de la résidence qui n’arrêtaient pas d’aboyer à l’heure de dormir…malgré notre réclamation auprès d’hôtels.com, nous avons été contraints d’aller jusqu’au bout de notre séjour dans ce complexe ce qui n’est pas sérieux de la part d’hôtels.com. Cet hôtel compte tenu de la vue pourrait être magnifique si les propriétaires investissaient un peu dans l’entretien.
