The bathroom was on the hallway, and was no privacy. The receptionist told me to call Expedia to get my money back. I tried to call Expedia, and a representative hung up on me. I tried to go back to this room, and the receptionist told me that he canceled my reservation. Please refund me back the money! Thank you! Thank.

Not clean. Everything was dirty. Zero window screens on the second floor. Roaches. Bed linen dirty. I didn’t even get under the sheet. I threw my person blanket on time of the covers. Man tried to finesse me for an extra $20 in case talking about “security deposit” and didn’t give me a receipt and then got an attitude when I said I’m taking a picture of the transaction. So yeah I would rather sleep in my car.

I liked the room I upgraded to stay in. You get what you pay for. What I didn’t like is that the office clerk tried to RIP me off and give me back a $20 deposit when I had left $40. After a while of reminding him of the amount that was left, he gave me my missing $20. That really rubbed me the wrong way.

It was horrible! After we arrived and got in the room gun fire started for few minutes. All the surroundings are scary. People were smoking pots. You can smell it all around. Whole look were dangerous. Hotel did not have any parking. Room was very small. It was smaller than a Prison Cell. I worked in the prison. I know. There were no A/C in the room. Not even a fan. It was Hot. We lasted about 2 hours. My wife were scared. We left after 2 hours. Horrible! Horrible! Dangerous place. You should not send anyone there. Please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

This motel should not be in operations due to extreme filth. I had an emergency and did a midnight checking in and had no other alternative. The bedding was stained with filth and no sheets to compliment the comforter. With a congested street parking only add to the severity of this place. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION FOR SAFETY REASONS.

There was no a/c, only the fan was available. It was too warm in the room. The receptionist told me it was central a/c, other 2 guests also said a/c was not working. Noises outside and in the building. The will is very this, you can hear noises from nex door.

Plaza hotel Gardena is located in a very popular area, lots of stores , shops and restaurants. Very diverse community, the only thing I’m not to happy about the shared amenities, the other people that stays here are a bit nasty , so you know I have to sanitize the bathroom everytime I go to the bathroom. Other than that it’s a nice hotel to be away for a while
