ホテルはとても綺麗でサービスも良かったです。結構大きめの温泉（ラジウム温泉）もあって、癒されました。ホテルに着いたのが大変遅くなってしまったので寝るだけになるかと思っていたのですが、期待以上のホテルでした

電車の音が夜遅くまでと早朝からかなり響きますそれを除くと大変良かったですまた泊まりたいと思います。駐車場が台数少なく停め難いです。有料Pが隣接なので安心ですが。

部屋は広くはないが、ソファがあり、快適。ベッドは適度な硬さで寝心地良い。部屋、洗面所（トイレ&浴室）は清掃が行き届いており、清潔。部屋にある風呂もそこそこ大きいが、2階にある中型の浴場がとても気に入った。男女別で男風呂は7人程度入れる。朝食が無料で付いており、和食、洋食が食べられる。料理はすぐに補充されて、欠品になることがなかった。特にクロワッサンが出来立てで美味しい。コーヒーもロビーにある苦いだけのコーヒーとは違い、美味しかった。チェックイン、チェックアウト共に時間もかからず、手続きが完了した。ららぽーと海老名に近く、買い物もすぐに行ける。総合的に大満足だった。

It’s near the 2 different malls, taxi and train station. Room’s very clean and has air purifier device. Amenities are appreciative as well as the good quality of toilet paper. Receptionist was too kind and smart for placing me as single visitor to a nice view from my window. Staff are gentle and welcoming. Although the sound of trains running can be heard from my room and no closet because it’s a business hotel, still they don’t matter as long as they keep the room cozy. Breakfast was okay too. All in all, I’m happy and feeling wanted to stay there again someday.

Staff was kind and courteous. I am vegetarian and they don’t have many options for a vegan on the breakfast buffet. But it was still nice to have breakfast included in the price of the room. The room was comfortable and had a refrigerator and hot water kettle for tea which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

仕事の都合で家に帰れず宿泊しました。チェックインが、遅くなる事を伝えてからの23時頃のチェックインでしたが、スムーズに行え、対応もとても良かったです。身体も疲れていたからか、大浴場が非常に気持ち良かったです。朝ご飯もとても美味しかった。また、利用したいと思います。

海老名駅前ということで、かすかではおりますが列車の音が聞こえますが私はほとんど気になりませんでした。それよりも、駅周辺にららぽーとなどの商業施設が充実しており、とても便利でした。SA日本一と言われている海老名SA（一般道から入れる駐車場）にもとても近く、チェックアウト後にメロンパンを買いに行きました。

部屋は広くはないが、ソファがあり、快適。ベッドは適度な硬さで寝心地良い。部屋、洗面所（トイレ&浴室）は清掃が行き届いており、清潔。部屋にある風呂もそこそこ大きいが、2階にある中型の浴場がとても気に入った。男女別で男風呂は7人程度入れる。朝食が無料で付いており、和食、洋食が食べられる。料理はすぐに補充されて、欠品になることがなかった。特にクロワッサンが出来立てで美味しい。コーヒーもロビーにある苦いだけのコーヒーとは違い、美味しかった。チェックイン、チェックアウト共に時間もかからず、手続きが完了した。ららぽーと海老名に近く、買い物もすぐに行ける。総合的に大満足だった。

Staff was kind and courteous. I am vegetarian and they don’t have many options for a vegan on the breakfast buffet. But it was still nice to have breakfast included in the price of the room. The room was comfortable and had a refrigerator and hot water kettle for tea which was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

仕事の都合で家に帰れず宿泊しました。チェックインが、遅くなる事を伝えてからの23時頃のチェックインでしたが、スムーズに行え、対応もとても良かったです。身体も疲れていたからか、大浴場が非常に気持ち良かったです。朝ご飯もとても美味しかった。また、利用したいと思います。

研修で来ていて毎日疲れ果てて帰宅し近くのららぽーとのお陰で沢山助かりました！立地がとても良きでした！！朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったし毎日鯖があって嬉しかった！！！！

朝食会場のレイアウトが悪く、入り口から渋滞する。レストランの形状で仕方ないのかもしれないが、バイキング台が入り口から並んでいて、6時30分オープン時間に行ったが、入場に10分くらい待たされた。他は客室、大浴場など安定のルートインクォリティでした。

The hotel was very conveniently located close to Ebina Station. It is especially close to JR Ebina Station, but the larger station is only a few minutes walk from the JR station. Lalaport Mall is literally right next to the hotel. You can go there to get all your shopping done. The breakfast buffet was quite amazing. You can enjoy a combination of Japanese breakfast items as well as some choices that suit the western pallete. The second floor has a Japanese style bath which was a really nice alternative to the bathroom in the room. The only downside for us was that we were a family of 4 and had to book to rooms with 2 beds each. When we arrived at Ebina station, it was raining quite hard. Thankfully, the path from the station to Lalaport provides roofing so you won't get wet. You might get wet during the short walk from Lalaport to the hotel.

14:50ごろチェックインのため行き、15:00まで待つのは分かるが、5分ぐらい待たされた。他の客室はまだ掃除しているところもあった。遅すぎる。シャワートイレも故障していた。
