在google map看離車站8分鐘，但沒想到全是斜路，推着行李箱很吃力，沿途也有點暗。酒店原來沒有升降機，我要拿行李箱上4層樓梯。 至於房間也很整潔，天台露台能看到熱海夜景也很好。除了地點及樓梯外，其實也不錯，只要不是帶大型行李。

Very normal. Room is clean enough, but a long walk to the hotel from JR station. You can take taxi from station about 580 JPD.

客室はとても清潔で心地良かったです。 フロントの人も丁寧でした。 部屋の冷蔵庫が全く冷えませんでした。壊れてる？ 露天風呂は3人で一杯。 平日だったのでゆっくり出来ましたが、混んでいたら入れなかったかも。 露天風呂に、鏡やおトイレがなかったので 少し不便でした。 屋上テラスは本当に景色が良く、お風呂上がりに寛ぐのは最高でした。 大浴場のお湯は、熱めで　ザ、温泉。と言う感じ。 露天風呂と泉質が違うのかな？ 3人だったので各階にトイレがあったら良いと思った。 最後に、ホテルの外の分かるところに　看板つけて下さい。坂を上がってヘロヘロで入口通り越してしまいました。

Wonderful location with outstanding views, within walking distance of the train station. I wish I knew more Japanese prior to booking, as the staff seemed uncomfortable with us not knowing more of the language. (I tried!) The room was incredibly spacious and beds were obscenely comfortable. Overall, would book this property again--once I know more Japanese. My thanks to the staff who truly tried to bridge our language gap. If you're fluent in Japanese, you'll have a terrific stay!

ホテルに向かうにあたっての石階段は、荷物が多いと大変ですが、ホテル自体は非常に快適で良かったです。
