Did not have a hot tub. Staff was very curtious. Remodeling was evident.

There is no hot tub in the parking lot was safe but being used for car show

We were here in Claremore when the tornado went through last weekend, so we understood why there's no pool and no cable right now. Fortunately, the WiFi is working, and I had my Roku with me, so we were able to watch that. The room is beautiful and HUGE! Loving it! And the check-in staff was amazing!!!

We had a great stay. They were updating the hotel and were very mindful of hours they were working where they not not disturb us guests staying there.

The room had no cable, the pool was out, the floor above was so loud my special needs daughter didn’t sleep well at all.

My room was very nice and clean. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning it. The ice was only Available on the 1st floor. 3rd floor and 4 floor were being updated so very messy. For that reason the overall property was messy and appeared to be unclean or unkempt

It was very nice to be there. Put my blue eyes in the freezer until I was ready to depart. The only negative comment I have is that they are advertised on Hotels.com as having a spa tub and they do not have.

I only booked because it said that there was a hot tub. I know it seems like a small thing, but after cross country driving, it was important.

Was told the pool was working, it was NOT!!! I booked here because of the pool!

There were ants all over our room. They were in our beds by morning. Woke up in the morning covered in ant bites. When we told management they said they had sprayed the room 3 times, but they kept coming back. The hotel also sprung a $75 pet fee on us and made big deal about us traveling with our 9 year old golden retriever. It was not really a pet friendly hotel.

The room was surprisingly spacious. The bathroom had mold in the shower.

Found a cockroach in my bed in the morning.

Very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Staff was helpful. Morning breakfast was good. And filling. Pricing was reasonable.

This hotel was fantastic very clean actually it was like a mini resort which we all enjoyed.

Desk was all sticky and filthy. Housekeeping didn’t do a very good job cleaning the room.

I have always loved Hampton Inns and never had an issue until last night. Check in process was great but when got to room it was dirty. Unswept, hairs on side on mattress and hairs under top sheet.

Bathtub was not white is was dark with embedded dirt! You could at least bleach it! Hair on counter top, sink, and bathtub! Breakfast: Juice machine broke, how do you peel a cold boiled egg? Staff was more than nice and very friendly!! Room was great size and bed comfortable.

A/C didn’t work, was hotter than heck all night.

The beds were great, the pillows not so much. Room was clean, no stains on floor. However in another family members room floor and chair was stained and bathroom door wouldn't start closed. The staff was great to us.

They don’t do late check-ins. You have to arrive by 11pm which was almost a deal breaker for us but we made it work. Staff is friendly. The carpets in the hallway on our floor (3rd) seemed quite dirty or worn. Normally I never notice the floors so this stuck out. Our sheets made us itch a bit. They were pretty rough feeling. The cabinet door that the micro fridge is behind is super loud upon closing. There’s no quiet way to shut it. The rooms walls are thin, we weren’t facing the highway but you could hear traffic. The breakfast was decent though. Just not what we expected from a Hampton.

This hotel was great! Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast however was a little lack luster but we did get down there towards the end of breakfast so that could've had something to do with it. Other then that it was a very good experience.

The room was very clean and convenient. It would be nice if you had full size refrigerator or at least apartment size with a freezer. We needed it with this trip.

When we stayed the cable was out so you could not relax in your room and enjoy a good movie or anything on tv.

This hotel is in a nice location, next to Walmart, Starbucks, and several restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. The carpet in my room had several sticky spots that kept getting gooey stuff stuck to our feet, socks, and shoes. There was no suitcase rack, so I had to lay my suitcase on the table instead. My biggest concern was the bathroom door. It slides to close, but there is no latch, so the door kept slowly creeping open every time we tried to close it.

This property was conveniently located. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was excellent. The room was comfy, but the bathroom door was super heavy to move.

Friendly staff. The room was clean and cool. Wifi not to great. Breakfast the first day not to good. I’m sorry for the chickens that layed the square eggs and the milk was sour. The second day the breakfast was much improved. We were there mainly to sleep and visited with family during the days so the room was really good.

Staff was rude, housekeeping didn’t make up room and replenish towels everyday even asking that it be done.

I booked this hotel 1 month in advance. When I got to the hotel the manager told me that the hotel was way over booked and that she only had 2 rooms available on a floor they were remodeling. It was suggested I go find another hotel and take a refund. I was adamant that the reason I booked the hotel 1 month early was to avoid this exact problem. It was almost 10pm when we made it to the room, and I wasn't going to drive around to other hotels in the area hoping to find another room 2 days after Christmas. In one room the heat/air was not working. The other option was a room with a king size bed and no TV. I had no choice but to choose the King size bedroom with no TV for my family of 4. Very Frustrating!!!

When we arrived,the girl working the desk tried to check me in but, despite finding and confirming my reservation, she said they didn't have a room for me. She called her manager, who was off site to come in and, while I was waiting, she checked in 3 other groups. When I asked, she said they had booked different types of rooms. In this employee's defense, she told me she had only been working there 1 week, so she really didn't know. When the manager finally arrived, she located a room for us that had been down for maintenance. From what I understood, it and several other rooms had not been changed to available in their system. We went to the room they gave us and my wife immediately found 2 dead ants on the toilet seat. Then the manager called to say that the room still had issues and they were going to move us to another room like the one we were in. When she got there with the key cards, she had changed the rooms again, this time with an upgrade to a much larger and nicer room. It was very nice, but there were still a couple of issues. There was mildew (a lot) on the bottom of the shower doors and the fitted sheet on the king sized bed was apparently for a queen sized because it wouldn't fit over the corners of the mattress. We went to the ice machine each night to get ice and found dirt and debris floating in the melted ice the next morning.

The staff is very polite & helpful. The rooms are very nice & clean. I would definitely highly recommend this hotel to others.

Alex was at the front desk, he fixed my reservation and then cleaned the room. Alex is a perfect example of a great hard working employee. He should be running the place. Great job! Thanks again.

Staff accommodated our request for room near each other. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. We will stay there again.

My check in person was extra accommodating and friendly. I told him I had to leave before breakfast would be served, so he went back to the kitchen and brought out 2 blueberry muffins for me to take with me! Fantastic service. I will be back!

Friendly staff at front desk

This is an excellent property, safe and clean. The front desk person was very helpful and personable. My only minor complaint is that I wish they would have fresh decaf coffee. The decaf packets in the room just don't fill the bill. However, that's a minor inconvenience.

I loved the location of the property and the modern and comfortable design. Nice hot shower and convenient amenities in the room too. Very quiet at night!

The train right outside that came by twice at 4am and then again at 6am woke us up. As well as the trash truck emptying the dumpster beeping super early. Needless to say. Didn’t sleep well from all the noise. The hotel itself was nice, just the outside noise was bothersome. Breakfast was great.

Property was nice and clean. Beds comfortable. I would suggest bringing ear plugs as there is a train that comes through town several times a night. Not the hotels fault as this is just part of staying in Claremore.

I will never stay in this TOWN again. Trains come through blowing their horn (200 yards away) every hour all night long. The hotel is dirty and worn out (carpet was filthy). Needs a deep clean and refresh.

Basic accommodation out of town that met our needs and was good value, it also offered free self parking which was a plus. Breakfast was very basic, we gave it a miss.

Overall good experience, breakfast was under my expectations for a hampton inn hotel. Room and customer service meet expectations. Checkin and out was fast and efficient.

Ran out of yogurt Friday & didn't get any in until Tuesday. Monday morning they were still out of yogurt, out of both waffle batters,paper plates, lids for coffee cups, decaf coffee,toilet paper in Men's restroom.

Went my room and hardly any toilet paper on the roll and no body wash in the dispenser. Went to morning breafast and no eggs or meat items? Don't think ill be back.

Check in was somewhat delayed. There was only one person working and it seemed as though she was doing a complicated reservation. There was no shampoo in the room and that’s not a good thing to find out when you are in the shower with wet hair. Also, breakfast was very limited and not good.
