It’s a decent older property, tucked away off the highway. Lots of food options close, the breakfast they offer is very carb & bread based with limited hot options. They are first come first serve, unless you can talk the attendant into providing more. The rooms can stand some more updating focused on the tub/showers, door locks/security, & finishing trim.

Super easy going staff and convenient amenities such as laundry. Also with laundry detergent on site sold for a dollar. Pet friendly ! Can go on and on about this place very good place to stay the night especially for the area.

We reserved a room with a king-sized bed. Upon arrival, we were advised that the only king room available had no working key entry. So whenever we needed to access our room we had to go to the office and have someone open our door with their master key. This was a hassle! The toilet seat was broken. The faucet was loose. The water was not very hot.

Woke up to the whole place flooded when we went up front office to tell staff he just said sorry for inconvenience all my clothes were soaked and he could of at least offered washer and dryer but no when we asked for reimburse he just said there could possibly be a small discount in 5-7 business days I will never stay there again I don’t recommend to my worse enemy the the place flood don’t rent the bottom rooms

Service upon arrival was good and individual checking is was very nice and helpful. The room keys didn’t work but worker came right away to open our door. Once entering our room it smelt soooo smoky and when we left and got back home our suitcases and anything we had with us in the room still smells like smoke.

Well right off the bat king size suite room had hair inside bed so switched to another double suite that was ok but ac wasn’t the best had to keep it on 61 just to keep room cool and that’s only because that’s the lowest temperature it will allow and no toilet paper in room only a small amount from last guest I guess.. crack in walls throughout both rooms and hotel outside… went down one flight of stairs to outside and it was locked so if fire well you would not have gotten out this way

Hotel very dirty and mold in bathrooms toilet lids are falling of carpet smells hotel floods and breakfast is biscuits and cereal my belongs got wet in rhe flood and they moved me too a upstairs dungeon because they didn't have any thing else and refuse to refund me

This is a basic motel but rooms are clean and the staff friendly. We've stayed here 3 or 4 times after Aggie Football games and has generally been a good value option. Right across the highway from Bucees which is important if you want much for breakfast. The breakfast area at the hotel, while bright and clean, doesn't offer much. It has a pancake conveyor belt machine and muffins,etc but no yogurt, eggs, etc that you find at many hotel breakfast offerings.

It was just fine. Served its purpose as just a place to rest up on a road trip. Even with waking up at 2am with the fire alarms going off and hanging out in the parking lot for an impromptu meet and greet with the other guest. Would stay again. No real complaints

We needed a place to stay with our dog after we had been without power due to hurricane Beryl. The staff was fantastic! They were so compassionate and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

Don't expect a lot, except the basic necessities. If that's all you need, you'll get a good deal here. Breakfast was basic, but Buc-ee's is right down the road if you need a cheap breakfast.

For what I consider a premium rate you do not get premium accommodations or service. Our room appeared clean, the AC worked great and we had a place to sleep and shower. The ceiling had water damage and was peeling, several of the lights in the room and bathroom were burned out and needed replacement and so it was always dark in the room. Opening the curtains wouldn’t even provide enough light. We were in for the George Strait concert at Kyle Field. I would consider these accommodations a “one and done” kind of place. Stay one night because you don’t have a choice and need a place to rest and shower but otherwise I don’t recommend. There was a Bucees nearby some were able to gas up and get out Bucees fix before heading out the next morning.

This was a very bad experience. I was bitten all over by bed bugs and the staff didn’t even care. They moved me to a room right next to the room I was in and told me that someone else had complained about being bitten also in the room next to these. I finally got them to move me on the other side of the place. I didn’t have a vehicle and asked if they could find me some medicine for the bites and they didn’t even try to find anything. I ended up having to stay another night and went to a different hotel and had to find a ride to it. This has been the worse experience I have ever had

We attempted to stay at this hotel. We were greeted with water bugs in the bathtub! After further searching, we found green, white, AND BLACK MOLD all over the room. We had to drive two hours to find another room. The hotel did nothing to give us a refund. TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT STAT HERE

The ceiling had water damage and was peeling, several of the lights in the room and bathroom were burned out and needed replacement and so it was always dark in the room. Opening the curtains wouldn’t even provide enough light. We were in for the George Strait concert at Kyle Field. I would consider these accommodations a “one and done” kind of place. Stay one night because you don’t have a choice and need a place to rest and shower but otherwise I don’t recommend. There was a Bucees nearby some were able to gas up and get out Bucees fix before heading out the next morning.

For what I consider a premium rate you do not get premium accommodations or service. Our room appeared clean, the AC worked great and we had a place to sleep and shower. This motel was right off the highway, clean and beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful but just very busy with guests.

This is a basic motel but rooms are clean and the staff friendly. We've stayed here 3 or 4 times after Aggie Football games and has generally been a good value option. Right across the highway from Bucees which is important if you want much for breakfast. The breakfast area at the hotel, while bright and clean, doesn't offer much. It has a pancake conveyor belt machine and muffins,etc but no yogurt, eggs, etc that you find at many hotel breakfast offerings.

It’s a decent older property, tucked away off the highway. Lots of food options close, the breakfast they offer is very carb & bread based with limited hot options. They are first come first serve, unless you can talk the attendant into providing more. The rooms can stand some more updating focused on the tub/showers, door locks/security, & finishing trim.

Really had no problems. Forgot what a 2-star hotel was like. Beds were comfortable and for the most part, the room was clean. Random stains found around, but it wasn't a big deal. Don't expect a lot, except the basic necessities. If that's all you need, you'll get a good deal here. Breakfast was basic, but Buc-ee's is right down the road if you need a cheap breakfast.

Their add stated breakfast was included, however, no fruit, no yogurt, juice dispenser was out of order, two dry cereal selections, and stale pastry doesn’t constitute as a breakfast. We did not eat, this was Saturday morning at 7:45, it isn’t like it would have already been hit hard by other guests. Very disappointing considering the pic might lead you to believe it’d be decent.

This place is so run down. We were just there for a quick overnight on the road and it’s the only hotel in the area. Otherwise, we’d have found another place. Room was musty and the AC was off when we arrived. It took it forever to cool off and it didn’t take the humidity out. So it got cooler but also wet. I woke up with a headache from breathing bad air all night. There was black stuff around the tub. The dresser drawer wouldn’t stay closed, and was in the walkway. The toilet ran, unless you opened the back and lifted the float. And there was a stain on the bedsheet. We booked it as a family of 5, but there were 3 towels in the room. Also, 3 tiny pillows per bed. It was labeled a suite that sleeps 5, but there were just 2 queen beds and a single chair. No couch or such thing. We came prepared with a cot so made it work. Wasn’t expecting much from the continental breakfast, but stopped in for some juice. The juice machine was empty. I asked the staff member who was friendly. She told me it was broken but there was bottles in the fridge. I found the bottom dregs of a cranberry juice bottle, but that was it. There was a pancake machine, but it was out of batter. There were 3 muffins in a tray…it was just sad. And we were there pretty early. There were lots of cars in the parking lot still. But everything was empty at breakfast already. Staff was friendly. And Buccees is nearby for breakfast. But I’d keep driving next time to a different location.

Picked because convenient and budget friendly, but were pleasantly surprised. It was clean and quiet. Did have issue with key not working, as did other guests, but staff extremely nice and helpful in getting it resolved quickly.

The only issues we had were that the TV didn’t have a remote and the Direct TV box wasn’t connected to the TV. Notified the staff on duty and they found a working remote and got the Direct TV box working. Had a nice visit with another Veteran staying there from Colorado and then departed for my destination in Conroe, Tx.
