A estadia foi de 3 noites

The good. The room, bed, bathroom were clean enough. The breakfast was about what you'd expect. The staff lady who worked it was incredibly helpful and did an amazing job running the breakfast. The bad. There are barn doors on the bathroom doors in the room. I'm not quite sure why this was ever a thing but they need to go. I'm not a barn animal, and I don't need to do my business in a barn with gaps in the door with my whole family just outside. Barn doors are stupid. Also the pool was freezing. There was a thermometer over one of the drain covers and it said 70 degrees Fahrenheit. That's to cold. I brought it up to the person at the desk the first night, the next person the next day, and a third person the 3rd day. Each said maintenence would fix it. They never did. I also chatted corporate about it and they routed me back to the hotel and someone messaged me that they did not have maintenence to fix it. I believe it will magically fix itself at the end of the month when the hot tub is supposed to be finished being fixed, so watch out for that and I would assume the pool is broken until then. It would have been nice to know about that before booking though as we have two young boys who love to swim so we would have booked elsewhere.

I expected more from a Hampton Inn. Thr room itself was spacious and the bed comfortable. One of the amenities we wanted were a pool and hot tub. The hot tub was out of order and although the pool looked nice, the water was only about 79 degrees. Im there to stretch out a little in the pool, this should have been several degrees warmer. I couldn't even get in it. Also, I believe the condenser on our air conditioning unit was going. It sounded like a motorcycle was parked outside of our room all night. My husband did track down an employee, but we didn't ask for another room. Moving for 1 night just seemed too difficult. Breakfast was good. There were a lot of choices, and the food was fresh.

Omg the bed was super comfy. I’ve never slept on a bed so comfortable. Room was very clean very spacious would definitely 100% stay again. I was there for work so I didn’t get a chance to enjoy a lot of the amenities but they’re definitely is a lot to do.
