A hidden gem!

Bathroom sink was missing the stopper. Breakfast was just the minimum. Ice machines on floors four and three weren’t working. There were no carts available for moving luggage.

The lock on our door did not line up, so we could not completely secure the room at night.

My family and I arrived at La Quinta Inn in Springfield, IL. located on 1121 LeJune Dr. We were all tired from a long drive and wanted to lay down right away. Within a few hours of being inside room 220 we noticed a roach crawling on the wall. I took a picture of it to show to the desk person who informed me that they were sold out for the night. Of course I ended up at a better hotel that night. The managers and the owners took weeks only to refund me half of my money back. What a poor and sloppy management team and customer service. I reached out to Wyndham but the fact that this particular location is privately owned, they could do anything.

Only $20 additional for one cat. Way better than a motel 6 for the price. The area is weird but close enough to the highway for a quick overnight. Bed was comfortable.
