Amazing little cottage for a getaway. Lovely interior and felt like home. Highly recommended. Everything is just a quick walk/drive.

Very nice little cottage, quite neighborhood and great location. Host was very friendly, helpful and available when needed. House is cute inside & out, nice beach theme. The bed is very comfortable, the sleeper sofa was found to be uncomfortable. The outside enclosure was very much enjoyed, with the seating, lights & fan. We enjoyed our stay here. We would rent this property again. Perfect cottage for 2.

The cottage is an older structure that has been impeccably renovated. It had everything we needed for a week's stay. Colonial Beach is not a glamorous ocean holiday destination. It is a rural community with a basic infrastructure on the Potomac River.

We loved our stay. The owners are very responsive for any questions. The cottage is in a great area for dining and close to everything. And the neighbors are very friendly. You couldn’t ask for more.
