⭐ Extremely Rude Service The hotel itself is nice, and I enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the friendliness of the other staff members. Unfortunately, my check-in experience with Shukure M. was extremely unpleasant. She was rude, sarcastic, and disrespectful, refused to let me check in to a second room booked under my name, and refused to show me any policy explaining why. I eventually had to contact the police for assistance. The following day, other staff members confirmed there was no such policy and apologized for the situation. This is not just about money; it is about basic respect and professionalism, especially during a difficult time for my family. I am currently waiting for a response from the hotel manager and hope appropriate action will be taken. I believe the hotel deserves the opportunity to address this situation properly.

The Good: The best hotel in Fort McMurray. Very convenient if you are going to a site north of town, which is most of them. Great breakfast, the best I've had in North America outside of five star hotels. Everything is clean. The Not So Good: The furniture if looking worn. I've stayed in three different rooms over my three visits. They all had this issue. A lot of the furniture the hotel uses is leatherette and it's pealing and flaking. The cabinets in the bathroom were pealing. There is a bit of noise from the highway.

Breakfast was good especially starting at 6am. Would be good to have a self serve station for coffee as you will need to ask the server to bring you one.
