I went to check in, got there around 630 only to be told the front desk was closed. He owned the other motel, pleasant motel, and offered my a room there. I told him I already paid and he said "yes they\'ll refund you" I was exhausted, wet and just wanted to get in my room. I saw on my credit card that I was charged, twice. This crooked individual was rude, condescending and manipulative. The rooms also weren\'t great, they were filthy, damp, and the beds were too short Not worth the hassle
