Now Apartments

This is nicely remodeled, mostly new apartment building. I had elevator to third floor with a great view. Very clean and close to so much. You walk mostly because taxi service is 10 minutes away. But did not mind because of all the sites to see and food and shopping. but definitely recommend for a better Rome experience. All major attractions are within 15 to 20 minutes walking.

A large quiet apartment centrally located & convenient to everything. Spacious and modern (with two full bathrooms, both with showers, not tubs), recently refurbished. I booked a large unit, knowing that some places are quite small, but this was huge, with full kitchen & living room! English-speaking staff were polite & attentive. They even have a very affordable 2-day laundry service! Highly recommended!!!

This apartment is in a central location for visiting all the sights but it’s not too noisy at night. It’s surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The apartment is modern and clean. We were given complimentary drinks and sweets that were topped up. They also have complimentary hygiene kits and slippers. The staff were friendly and efficient. We got some great restaurant recommendations from the manager for all the Italian classics. I would love to stay there again if I return to Rome

The property was in a very good location, very close to the main attractions It was very clean and with an excellent daily housekeeping.

We had an amazing stay in Rome. The apartments are in a perfect location close to all sights. They are clean, modern and spacious and well equipped with all the amenities you could wish for plus the added bonus of a few refreshment in the fridge on arrival and a lovely coffee machine with nice coffee pods. We were able to check in early and check out late which was ideal. The apartments are located a stones throw from lovely restaurants & cafes. The staff were very accommodating. Really great value for money in the heart of Rome. Hopefully we will return to Rome one day and will definitely stay again.

When in Rome, STAY HERE! The location is excellent. Walking distance to all of the sites. On Via de Coranari so you walk out the door and you are on a pedestrian only street with great shopping and restaurants. The host went out of their way to help us with a taxi to the train station and mailed some postcards for me. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. No complaints at all!!’ Perfect stay!

Tolles Design, das insgesamt harmonisch aufeinander abgestimmt ist. Wir hatten zu viert ausreichend Platz. Das Bad entpuppt sich als wahres Raumwunder, da es raffiniert zugeschnitten ist. Hochwertige Bettwäsche und weiche Handtücher in ausreichender Menge runden das Gesamtpaket ab. Toilettenartikel, Handseife waren vorhanden und wurden bei der Reinigung aufgefüllt. Die Wohnung war ordentlich und sauber. Die Küchenzeile wurde von uns nicht benutzt, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Die Rezeption ist nicht dauerhaft besetzt, jedes Anliegen oder jede Frage von uns wurde jedoch umfassend und äußerst schnell beantwortet. Wir haben den Transfer sowohl bei der An- und Abreise auch über die Unterkunft gebucht und können dies nur empfehlen, da alles reibungslos funktioniert hat. Vorallem da wir einen Late-Checkin benötigten. Als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist die Unterkunft ideal gelegen. Die Bushaltestellen der Hop-on Hop-off Touren liegt knapp 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt, die Engelsburg ca. 7Min. Gegenüber liegt ein kleines Lebenmittelgeschäft, Bäckereien, Bars und kleine Restaurants findet man in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden das nächste Mal suf jeden Fall wieder hier wohnen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Great location and apartment was clean and quiet. We felt secure and safe. Bed was comfortable and showers had plenty of hot water. Only issue was there is never anyone at the reception desk, as it was dark and locked. However, they did communicate if you messaged them. Would stay here again.

We had a really nice stay in the apartment. Fantastic location, super clean, and well designed. Communication was a bit hard with the staff as there was no way to get in touch after a certain time. Also the wifi information was not posted anywhere. Overall, I would stay again, but just be sure to communicate everything ahead of time.

Localização muito boa, apartamento não é grande para ficar em 4 pessoas, mas como a gente fica só na rua foi muito bom, além de ter um supermercado ao lado, super recomendo

Honestly a hidden jewel. The location is super convenient and the apartment is very spacious. 2 min walk to piazza navona, the street in front is also fun to explore. Matina was super friendly and helpful, we felt welcomed upon arrival. The apartment is well furnished and also includes a kitchenette which is nice if you want to cook.

I highly recommend this hotel. The apartment was beautiful, and the staff was communicative and helpful. The location is amazing, within a 30-minute walk of main attractions. The only reason I did not give a 5-star review is it sounded like Bourbon Street outside our windows. People were laughing and singing on the street while walking by well past 2am. Bring earplugs!

Now apartment was modern, had two bathrooms, and very nice great location. The host is available for any questions questions for our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was so super friendly and accommodating and took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. And what a wonderful place to stay. For me, the accommodations on a trip are really important. I want to make sure my family is safe and comfortable. As this was our first trip to Rome, I was unsure what sort of place to choose. I actually had reserved a more traditional hotel closer to the Vatican. A few weeks out, something told me to change and I’m so happy we did. We really enjoyed this place during our stay. It’s not an antiseptic luxury hotel experience. More like being a local with a very charming apartment. Some quirks, yes. Nothing that disturbed our sense we were in the right place. Every time we returned from the day’s exploring we felt like we were ’home’!

Great stay! They made check in super easy. Taking our luggage and giving us the keys before it was ready so we could walk around without our bags. Also have great dinner recommendations and were quick to answer questions.

Excellent customer service, the road to the hotel was closed the day of our arrival due to a local marathon run. The receptionist met us at the taxi drop off & guided us through the neighborhood to the hotel pointing out landmarks & local amenities along the way.

Mind you this is great apartment the language barrier could be a problem. Written communication is a better option.

We really appreciated Martina allowing us to check in early since we were coming off a cruise. Enjoyed complementary drinks and air conditioning. Would stay here again!

The place is great, very good located, people from housekeeping the best and happy to offer their help in all you need. They go from 10 to 2pm Monday to Saturday. The apartments are walkable everyplace in the city, very well equipped but maybe they can add a small microwave. We enjoyed it very much but we never understood they don’t have a reception at all. You have to visit with a cell to contact the manager or owner who help us very much in transfers.

Excellent property. Perfect location, central to pretty much everything and in walking distance.

Well kept building in old Rome. Walk to everything down cobblestone streets. Choose from many eating options in roadside cafes. Grocery at your door. You will need to walk about 2 minutes and carry your bags as you won’t get transportation at your door as the road is too narrow.
