We didn’t stay. Contacted the property twice about parking arrangements as we had a hire car and was a necessity. Zero contact from them, only automated messages and these weren’t responses to the questions I had asked. Stated there was reserved parking available at extra cost, no problem with paying as I expected this but no response when I enquired…..twice. Okay if you’re using public transport but no good for those with cars.

The app says that check-in begins at 12:30 and we had to walk around when we had just arrived to Rome and all we wanted to do was sleep. Check-in does not begin till 2:30 or 3:00pm. The room overall was good, no reliable WiFi though

Very convenient location. Only on 2nd floor but no elevator. Clean room and comfortable beds/beddings . Limited selection of breakfast but convenient in room service
