Very convenient location close to the train/bus station. Reasonable with good breakfast. Glad the shower worked properly and was clean (that’s something that can sometimes be a hassle when traveling). The laundry service cost €15 per bag, which we thought was a bit pricey, but they wash and fold everything neatly before returning it to us. It's close enough to explore Galway on foot, yet it's not noisy—I highly recommend this place to stay. If you're driving, you'll need to use a nearby paid parking lot. Ask the staff for a discount.

The pictures are false. The place was locked and there was no access. I waited 30 minutes and no one answered. I just left and did not even stay here. Had to find another Hotel

This place was okay. They were straightforward about the check in process, since they’re not staffed at the front desk. I did get extra towels when I asked for them, so that was nice. My kids liked the novelty of sleeping in a bunk bed. That said, the place needs some attention. A lot of things in the room were broken or didn’t work properly (bedside light, flush on toilet, tv, etc). The breakfast was pretty much inedible; we didn’t even bother going on our second morning there (but found a nice place within walking distance that was great). There was a playground outside the hotel that was taped up because it had failed an inspection. It felt a bit like a microcosm of the whole place.

Parking was easy as there is a lot. No staff present so get your codes and key early. No restaurant or bar open on site and low grade breakfast presented. Basic accommodation
