Otelin konumu merkeziydi. Superior Oda tipini tuttum. Çift kişilik yatak yoktu, iki tane tek kişilik yatak birleştirilmişti ve yataklardan biri çok sertti. Otelde oda servisi yok. Odadaki abajurlardan biri kırıktı. Minibarda sadece su vardı. Genel olarak ortalama bir otel diyebilirim.

I would have rated this hotel higher if cleanliness standards had been better and more consistent. The bed was very clean and so was the shower, however the bin in the bathroom as dirty and lid left off when I picked it up to place on top it was filthy. Kitchen area - the sink had to be cleaned and there was foods remains around cooking area when I wiped a lot of tomato and oil on my cloth and I hadn’t cooked anything. The microwave was horrendous and had not been touched and was full of boiled over food and remains. Very little in terms of utensils. Floors however clean and swept. Reception unhelpful on evening of arrival however the young man on the desk in the morning was more than helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was basic but ok and there was the expected choice. A little more attention to cleanliness would have seen a higher rating and possibly an April re booking.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Man hat dadurch keinen Verkehrslärm. Das Bett und die Matratze waren bequem, wodurch man gut schlafen konnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war leider etwas schmutzig. Hier hätte besser geputzt werden müssen. Der Wasserkocher und die Tische klebten vor Dreck. Es kann hellhörig werden. Ich hatte Glück mit meinen Nachbarn, aber die Wände sind nicht schallisoliert.

Nie wieder! Es war das schlimmste Hotel welches ich je besucht habe. Das Geld könnte ich besser aus dem Fenster schmeißen. Mir wurde kurz nach meiner Ankuft gesagt, dass das Zimmer fertig sei. Als ich oben im Zimmer ankam musste ich leider direkt wieder nach unten an die Rezeption. Das Hotel war in einem sehr heruntergekommenen und dreckigen Zustand. Auf den Kissen waren sehr viele Haare, die Bettbezüge hatten Risse und waren total verdreckt mit gelben und roten Flecken. Der Tisch und weitere Ablageflächen waren total klebrig, sodass ich einen Handtuch drauflegen musste damit ich überhaupt etwas ablegen kann. Von dem Badezimmer möchte ich garnicht erst berichten!!! Es war ein Albtraum und keinen Cent wert! Die Dusche ist komplett verschimmelt und sowohl die Fugen als auch Silikon waren in einem gesundheitsschädlichem Zustand. Auf dem Boden waren Haare und auch die Toilette war nicht sauber. Auch nach meiner Beschwerde wurde das Zimmer nicht ordentlich geputzt und die neuen Bezüge hatten noch schlimmere Flecken. Das Reinigungspersonal hat mich sehr unfreundlich behandelt als ich die ganzen Haare auf dem Kissen gezeigt habe und sie die das Bett neu beziehen musste. Das Hotel hat ein sehr großes Hygiene Problem. Weder die Reinigungskräfte noch der Manager niemand kümmert anscheinend seit einiger Zeit um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Das Frühstück ist die nächste Katastrophe. Zwei Sorten Marmelade, Käse, Salami und Ei das wars dann auch schon.. mehr darf man nicht erwarten.

Temizlik konusunda iyi değil eski herşey saç kurutma makinesi çalışmıyordu aradık getirdiler, yorgan inceydi pike gibi ama klima ısıttı. Yeri iyi fiyatı uygun kahvaltı çok vasat ama yenir. Tek gece kalınır.

2 erkek şeklinde yer ayırtmama rağmen odaya girdiğimizde bir tane çift kişilik yatakla karşılaştık ve bazaları ayırıp kendi yatağımızı kurmak durumunda kaldık.Bir çok kez kaldığım bu otelin kalitesi,her kaldığımda daha da düşmeye başladı.Önceki kalışımda da yağmur dolayısıyla su,çatıdan odaya akmıştı.Bir daha asla kalmam

The microwave was horrendous and had not been touched and was full of boiled over food and remains. Very little in terms of utensils. Floors however clean and swept. Reception unhelpful on evening of arrival however the young man on the desk in the morning was more than helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was basic but ok and there was the expected choice. A little more attention to cleanliness would have seen a higher rating and possibly an April re booking.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Man hat dadurch keinen Verkehrslärm. Das Bett und die Matratze waren bequem, wodurch man gut schlafen konnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war leider etwas schmutzig. Hier hätte besser geputzt werden müssen. Der Wasserkocher und die Tische klebten vor Dreck. Es kann hellhörig werden. Ich hatte Glück mit meinen Nachbarn, aber die Wände sind nicht schallisoliert.

Nie wieder! Es war das schlimmste Hotel welches ich je besucht habe. Das Geld könnte ich besser aus dem Fenster schmeißen. Mir wurde kurz nach meiner Ankuft gesagt, dass das Zimmer fertig sei. Als ich oben im Zimmer ankam musste ich leider direkt wieder nach unten an die Rezeption. Das Hotel war in einem sehr heruntergekommenen und dreckigen Zustand. Auf den Kissen waren sehr viele Haare, die Bettbezüge hatten Risse und waren total verdreckt mit gelben und roten Flecken. Der Tisch und weitere Ablageflächen waren total klebrig, sodass ich einen Handtuch drauflegen musste damit ich überhaupt etwas ablegen kann. Von dem Badezimmer möchte ich garnicht erst berichten!!! Es war ein Albtraum und keinen Cent wert! Die Dusche ist komplett verschimmelt und sowohl die Fugen als auch Silikon waren in einem gesundheitsschädlichem Zustand. Auf dem Boden waren Haare und auch die Toilette war nicht sauber. Auch nach meiner Beschwerde wurde das Zimmer nicht ordentlich geputzt und die neuen Bezüge hatten noch schlimmere Flecken. Das Reinigungspersonal hat mich sehr unfreundlich behandelt als ich die ganzen Haare auf dem Kissen gezeigt habe und sie die das Bett neu beziehen musste. Das Hotel hat ein sehr großes Hygiene Problem. Weder die Reinigungskräfte noch der Manager niemand kümmert anscheinend seit einiger Zeit um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste. Das Frühstück ist die nächste Katastrophe. Zwei Sorten Marmelade, Käse, Salami und Ei das wars dann auch schon.. mehr darf man nicht erwarten.

they said they never served breakfast since they opened and it just travel agency's mistake. I asked the staff we are ok with some breads or juice if they can't servce at the restaurant because of the virus. he said that we don't have any foods for ourselves here. I can't help you. I paid for 2 persons breakfast 10days and got nothing even a bottle of water. my husband carry big bottles of water from a supermarket and the staffs laugh at us. their service mind is horrible,so their check in policy is late like 2:15pm. I regret to stay in the hotel for 10days. this is my first negative feedback in 15 years.

Otelin konumu merkeziydi. Superior Oda tipini tuttum. Çift kişilik yatak yoktu, iki tane tek kişilik yatak birleştirilmişti ve yataklardan biri çok sertti. Otelde oda servisi yok. Odadaki abajurlardan biri kırıktı. Minibarda sadece su vardı. Genel olarak ortalama bir otel diyebilirim.

I would have rated this hotel higher if cleanliness standards had been better and more consistent. The bed was very clean and so was the shower, however the bin in the bathroom as dirty and lid left off when I picked it up to place on top it was filthy. It used to be a well maintained and clean hotel but not anymore, I booked a suite , the rooms weren't clean at all, most of the stuff in the room are broken, like the shower handle,the lamp near my bed that once I turn it on it starts flickering because of a short circuit, which I was scared about since it's connected to the bed, as for room service, the first day they didn't clean my room, after telling the manager they did send to clean the next day, then the day after also no one came and cleaned, which made me also run out of towels and toilet paper even water since I usually come late at night after a long day in Istanbul. I came here to relax not to be worried about having to call everytime the manager to get their job done, And the last thing is knowing that I booked for me and my wife, everything in the room was barely for 1 person,like pillows,water,towels,etc.. I had to call order extra for everything. I was so disappointed with everything here, and if you ever have to book here, never book the suite, it's not worth it for the extra money,
