We stayed one night prior to a stay at a rental villa. Our room as a little cramped but the property itself was clean and comfortable with a decent communal area downstairs, although we didn't realize that until we were about to leave. The check-in and out process was self-service & simple so we didn't really meet staff in that regard, however, one of our boys left his watch in the room and the cleaner rushed out to return it to us as we were leaving which was much appreciated.

No hot water, uncomfortable bed wrapped in plastic mattress and pillow covers that crinkled when we moved, and didn't have a real comforter, just a sheet, air conditioning was so loud that couldn't sleep, bathroom was not clean
