The hotel is small and botique, very nice. Good Kowloon location. Clean and modern The AC system was not working correctly; it would stay on cooling and not turn off automatically. The technicians were unable to repair and didn't want to change room so we turned the system off when it got too cool.

Overall was nice. Room was nice and clean, although some wallpaper seemed to be coming off in mine. The complimentary drinks and coffee and water machine in the lobby were much appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is a little difficult to get to when you have large luggages due to its location. But otherwise, in a good area and close to many things.

A little hard to get to as the taxi cant get up the hill but worth it as there are lots of great restaurant-bars next to it.
