Trendy branding masked the somewhat shoddy condition of my room. The toilet and shower are in a cramped room, and the wash basin is in the main room itself. Bed was stiff and the towels were frayed around the edges. Also didn't care for the black walls, which gave everything a gloomy appearance. But it was good enough for a night's rest. And the bus station is right on the opposite end of the parking lot.

The room was good with a nice balcony and the main lobby area had the community feel of a hostel (good thing). Breakfast had plenty of options and there's fresh juice 24/7 available in the lobby. The things we didn't like: Floor in the room was dirty and needed to be swept, soaking tub on balcony didn't look super clean either so we didn't use it.

Paul and the other girls working are VERY helpful and their to answer and help you reserve, answer and recommend places or activities. Bananas, coffee and little cookies fresh and ready everyday to get you started! Very close and walking distance to everything you need. Included weekend night markets, 7eleven and massages!

La struttura si presenta molto bene, pulita con una stanza molto carina e pulita. La piscina pensavo meglio e il servizio bici purtroppo pessimo. Il cavalletto di 2 bici su 3 non si alzava quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire del servizio. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto in reception e ci hanno detto che avrebbero chiamato qualcuno per sistemare le bici, abbiamo atteso 5 minuti e poi abbiamo deciso di incamminarci a piedi…per il resto letto molto comodo, doccia funzionale e servizio bar sempre disponibile e gratuito con biscotti, caffè, the, succhi acqua, banane ecc

Leider nicht so sauber, aber wahrscheinlich der thailändische Standard. Waren 2 Nächte hier. Und ein komischer Geruch im Zimmer. Klima funktionierte einwandfrei. Allerdings war auch die schwächste Stufe nicht für die Nacht geeignet. Frühstück war um 9:30Uhr noch alles auf Vorrat und wurde nachgelegt.

Absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed in, in Thailand. The Room was not cleaned and did not smell good. The bathub was dirty, which was clear as when we filled it with water, the efter was all dark green. The Aircondition was broken. We had book 4 nights, but ended up checking out after just 1 night. When we asked for a refund due to the horrible room conditions, we were told that this was not possible. DO NOT stay at this hotel!!!

Basic amenities like toothbrushes, towel were not provided and were available on chargeable basis that too above Maximum Retail Price. Staff was not welcoming and rude. The property felt cheap and left there were several places where cost cutting was done. The balcony experience was the worst as it was infront to open Sewage and balcony smelled so awful. The bathroom was also poorly ventilated

Vores aircondition larmede som en diesel-lastbil, der kørte op af bakke i 2. gear! Efter første nat bad vi om et nyt værelse. De havde ingen, men ville straks tilkalde en teknikker. Så hørte vi intet. Dvs da vi var på værelset kl 23.30, låste en medarbejder sig pludselig ind! Undskyldte og lukkede hurtigt døren igen. Da vi næste morgen bad om at tale med stedets leder og om hjælp til at hyre en taxa til lufthavnen, var der heller ingen hjælp; chefen havde fri og mht taxa, blev vi blot henvist til en lokal app, vi ikke kender. Den ene stjerne går til billig morgenmad og den flinke mand i kaffebaren, der lavede fremragende kaffe til os og hjalp os mht taxa. Trods den gode kaffe kommer vi helt sikkert IKKE igen!

Blu Monkey is a wonderful place to stay as a mainstay in the Phuket area. We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t have been happier! Monkey Desk: All the front desk attendants were so helpful in so many ways. We had little planned for activities but with their help, we were able to do so much more! They helped us in communicating with the tours, setting us up with taxi services, and gave us so many restaurant recommendations. One Chun was our favorite restaurant! If we ever come back to Phuket, we will make sure to stay at Blu Monkey again!

Bananas, coffee and little cookies fresh and ready everyday to get you started! Very close and walking distance to everything you need. Included weekend night markets, 7eleven and massages!

Vores aircondition larmede som en diesel-lastbil, der kørte op af bakke i 2. gear! Efter første nat bad vi om et nyt værelse. De havde ingen, men ville straks tilkalde en teknikker. Så hørte vi intet. Dvs da vi var på værelset kl 23.30, låste en medarbejder sig pludselig ind! Undskyldte og lukkede hurtigt døren igen. Da vi næste morgen bad om at tale med stedets leder og om hjælp til at hyre en taxa til lufthavnen, var der heller ingen hjælp; chefen havde fri og mht taxa, blev vi blot henvist til en lokal app, vi ikke kender. Basic amenities like toothbrushes, towel were not provided and were available on chargeable basis that too above Maximum Retail Price. Staff was not welcoming and rude. The property felt cheap and left there were several places where cost cutting was done. The balcony experience was the worst as it was infront to open Sewage and balcony smelled so awful. The bathroom was also poorly ventilated

Trendy branding masked the somewhat shoddy condition of my room. The toilet and shower are in a cramped room, and the wash basin is in the main room itself. Bed was stiff and the towels were frayed around the edges. Also didn't care for the black walls, which gave everything a gloomy appearance. But it was good enough for a night's rest. And the bus station is right on the opposite end of the parking lot.

The room was good with a nice balcony and the main lobby area had the community feel of a hostel (good thing). Breakfast had plenty of options and there's fresh juice 24/7 available in the lobby. The things we didn't like: Floor in the room was dirty and needed to be swept, soaking tub on balcony didn't look super clean either so we didn't use it.

La struttura si presenta molto bene, pulita con una stanza molto carina e pulita. La piscina pensavo meglio e il servizio bici purtroppo pessimo. Il cavalletto di 2 bici su 3 non si alzava quindi non abbiamo potuto usufruire del servizio. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto in reception e ci hanno detto che avrebbero chiamato qualcuno per sistemare le bici, abbiamo atteso 5 minuti e poi abbiamo deciso di incamminarci a piedi…per il resto letto molto comodo, doccia funzionale e servizio bar sempre disponibile e gratuito con biscotti, caffè, the, succhi acqua, banane ecc
