It took over 3 hours to checkin. They said the room wasn't ready due to typhoon.

stayed 3nights. 2nd day, there was power interruption. after that T.V, Wifi and phone were not working. Complained front desk but only hear IT staff finsihed for today and you only have to wait until tomorrow. 3rd day, cannot access to my room so, went down to the front desk and get to another key. Also, did not work. find out that door battery died. Wasted 1hour for that. Did not had enough staff to take care of this matter. None of staffs were look into this matter but blameing each other. talk with manger. All I hear is I AM SORRY. This hotel will be my last choice if I go to GUAM again.
