Renaissance Lucknow Hotel, Gomti Nagar

The stay had a few disappointing aspects. The room had a persistent bad smell due to poor ventilation, which made it uncomfortable at times. Room service was also quite slow — even for basic requests, we had to call two or three times before receiving any assistance. This affected the overall experience and level of comfort expected during the stay. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was excellent with a wide variety of options available each morning. The staff at the breakfast area were courteous and attentive. We also appreciated that the hotel helped us upgrade our package, which turned out to be very beneficial and added value to our stay.

Very friendly, always supportive staff, asking if I needed any help. A big thank you! My special thanks to Mr. Sachindra, who cleaned my room. He did an absolutely amazing job—everything was shinining!

Great room, courteous staff

The room was clean, with great features and the park view was amazing. The staff was courteous and very helpful with everything. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely go back again.
