The House on the Lake Fishing Point Lake Macquarie

This is our second stay in this spacious, airy, beautiful spot so clearly we love it. The only issues are the usual minor frustrations- no sharp knives, window not able to be opened, no music options that we could locate or work, grill tray not working, milk frother not working. We like to cook so these things matter but if you go out to eat or get take away, no problem. Also one of the beds was squeaky and another had slats falling out of the bottom of it. Minor issues as I said bit noteworthy. Otherwise terrific. Thank you.

A few nice days relaxing overlooking the lake. The sunsets were amazing. The local shops had everything we needed.

Pleasant and clean property

Property is right on the water - fantastic views across the lake. Large property so would cater for larger families. Beds were comfortable. Amenities acceptable. Heaps of DVD's and Music videos. Spar was wonderful. 2 mtr retaining wall in back yard not fenced -so be careful if taking children. A few issues with cleanliness of outside bins. Overall was a great break and would recommend to others.
