I only booked this Hotel for the pool, as I had my grandson with me. I paid for two rooms, and I paid $20 more for each room, other than another hotel that didn't have a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was down for maintenance a couple days prior, but it did not say this on the website I booked on, so I was not happy about this. Other than that, the breakfast was good - you had decaf and boiled eggs, so I was happy about that.

Great stay! The beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean. Free parking is available, including convenient parking right in front of the rooms. The mountain views were absolutely beautiful. Overall, a very satisfying experience!

-soap bottles on the shower were all unlocked and open -shower head was needed a clean to work right -tv remote was missing the plate that homds the battery in -we slept on the bed that looked the cleanest -sign said hot tub this way but it didn't exist -whole place just felt like it had deep dirt in it like it needed a deep clean and a major renovation

Breakfast was bagel or bread with moldy cream cheese to spread over it. My room was never cleaned beyond garbage and moving my belongings to remake the bed. The coffee they advertise is for the first night only as it was never restocked for my eight night stay. The hotel offers a hot tub and work out room. I wouldn't know it was closed for renovations and I didn't find out until I arrived. All in all I would stay somewhere else if foods mold how moldy are the rooms?

The floor was nasty, the outside of the toilet and the floor around it hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Glad I checked my door when I left for the day because the door didn’t lock behind me with no warning. There was a fight outside during the night and people comparing revving their tuned engines in the parking lot. At least the sheets seemed clean and the staff fixed my door at some point while I was away for the day.

Arrived to a room that smelled like old food, had stained sheets, and found dead bugs on the walls of the shower. The corners of the room had accumulated dirt and debris. We notified the staff, but even after they came in to clean things up there was no improvement. Bugs still in the shower, sheets still stained, etc. We asked to be able to leave a day early since we were not satisfied with cleanliness -- no response. Went to the front desk — they couldn’t answer our question and wanted us to wait for an indefinite amount of time for a manager. We ended up just leaving the key with the front desk and vacating early. Very frustrating experience.

Rooms were very clean. Staff were very friendly. Check-in were done in within a few seconds room were spacious. Cleanliness of the property was pretty good as compared to other hotels. I very much like this hotel. Overall experience with the hotel was extremely good. We will stay here again and recommend our all friends and family.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty and had a foul odor, resembling sewage, which made it unbearable. The staircase was also filthy, and the lack of an elevator was highly inconvenient. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

When we entered the room, it was not vacuumed, there were crumbs all over the floor and even a used tissue on the ground. There was two sinks in our room, one that smelled like puke and one that had hair from the previous guests in it. Both mirrors were dirty. The lamp did not turn on and neither did the TV. The front desk was not friendly.

For the price point we weren't expecting luxury, but we did expect the basics. The room was not clean. The top sheet on the bed was dirty. Dark hairs were on it and on the bed sheets. While the sheets smelled like they had been washed, they were obviously old and had dirty stains on them. The room was overall in disrepair with large marks on the wall, rusted metal, water damage, wires sticking out of the wall, and a broken lock on the door. There was hair and dirt on the floors, especially in the corners. The heater was completely off and the fridge was unplugged (perhaps to save some money?). The room was NINE degrees when we entered (-12 outside) and it took 2-3 hours before a normal temperature was reached. We went to bed with hoodies on to be warm enough. When we opened the fridge door, water poured out on to the floor because the small freezer had thawed. The breakfast was much smaller than you would expect based on comparable hotels/motels we have stayed at, so we skipped it and went to McDonald's instead.

The front desk was pleasent, I couldn't pay the way I wanted though as there credit card machine wouldn't turn on. The room looked good from a distance until u started looking around the bed skirt had huge Stains the room want really clean like u expect. Black hair allover both beds. The closet for was broken, room was like bandaid fixed not full repair. Door frame looks like door was locked in once before so it didn't seem like it was too safe. We left a day early.

The room was not as in the photo. Outdated room in terms of colour and furniture. The stand-up shower floor was tilted, and the jacuzzi tub took a very long time to fill. Unfortunately, in Hinton, many, if not all, of the hotels seem to be on the main road and, which causes a lot of road and truck noise. We won't be staying here again.

I had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making it a great choice for long stays. The hotel offers in-house laundry facilities and breakfast, with the bonus of providing breakfast as per our morning routine. Housekeeping was excellent and consistent throughout the stay. Overall, a very good experience highly recommended!

Check in was fine and the staff were pleasant. The room was at the front of the motel closest to the highway so it was very noisy. I had requested a quiet room. They said they couldn’t change it as the motel was booked out. The room looked recently renovated but the vinyl planks on the floor were filthy.and greasy feeling. The soles of our feet were black so we had to have shoes on the whole time. The architrave around the door was broken so we couldn’t use the 2nd lock. The bed, however was quite comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows plush. We booked a room with a fireplace. The fireplace did not work. The bed was a double. It was edge to edge pushed between two closets. One closet usable, the other blocked by the single night stand which was at about my knee position next to the bed not at the top of the bed. The door seal was terrible as I could see light around most of the doors edges. The door also was not very secure since the door frame had obviously been broken in at some point and a metal plate for the strike was really holding things in place. The bathroom door could not be closed unless you lifted it when it ran into the frame when trying to close it. The shower head was low enough that it touched my head (6'-1") and the shower curtain was installed too high so the walk in shower got water all over the floor while showering. There were no shelves in the shower so you had to place all your shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the floor and keep picking it up. I have never gived a hotel a bad review before but this was so not like the pictures online represented that I felt the need. It was quiet and a comfy bed, but the rest was sadly sub par.

The wifi didn’t work, the shower only had ice cold water and they didn’t provide toilet paper. When trying to get help from the front desk the manager just left the building instead of helping me leaving me standing there for 20 minutes. Very unhelpful and unapologetic.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. While the staff was courteous, the room itself lacked amenities and felt quite dated. It was also very dark, with little to no natural light, which made the space feel less inviting. One of the main challenges during my stay was the noise. I could hear frequent disturbances from the room above, including loud conversations, children running, and water being turned on and off repeatedly even during the early hours of the morning, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I believe this hotel has potential with some updates and improved sound insulation. However, at this time, I would hesitate to recommend it to travelers seeking a restful and comfortable stay.

The check in guy was so awesome , very quick and great service! The only concern that was completely irritating that there wifi kept shutting off , no service. I told them they should get star link. Other then the wifi. I highly recommend Baymont Hotel, absolutely supberb!

The check in guy was so awesome , very quick and great service! The only concern that was completely irritating that there wifi kept shutting off , no service. I told them they should get star link. Other then the wifi. I highly recommend Baymont Hotel, absolutely supberb!

Drove 12 hour, arrived for late check in. Gave us a very smoked in, run down room. Went to see about another room, was treated very poorly, swore at. Gave another room, very dirty (blood on sheets) tried to ask to leave to find other accommodation, the “manager” refused (was only a staff member saying he was the manager). Paid over $300+ (one night). No toilet paper in room. Floors were so dirty had to leave shoes on. Instead of changing bed sheets they threw another fitted sheet over. Breakfast was terrible, the area it is in is small and no seating. Coffee terrible, juices were bad (spoiled) the condiments were even bad (peanut butter packs rock solid) - worse place truly I ever stayed. Worse service and still no resolution/call back from actual manager. I highly would suggest everyone stay clear

No one around to check us in…. We were at the front desk for 25 min, calling the phone and ringing the bell… no one around… we left and came back after we were finally able to have someone answer the phone…. Bugs in the room and a broken bathroom door…. Garbage on the floor by the table and no one looking after breakfast room in the morning…. The garbage can was overflowing causing garbage on the floor

I booked my husband in to stay as he was working in town for seven days turns out his work got cut short and needed to move locations so checked out two days early at 10 o’clock in the morning and I’ve been trying to get a refund or a credit for his stay and the manager refuses because I have booked through Expedia Expedia has contacted him, and he has stated that he will not be giving a refund. I am beyond disappointed as my husband works in that area all the time and brings them lots of business, and I will no longer book with them.

We booked a large room for a surgery accessibility, but on arrival found it was up a flight of stairs with no elevator. The staff made a ground-floor room available for the next night, but before moving rooms our scheduled surgery was canceled - so upsetting after traveling to Hinton (work, driving, accommodations). Immediately I asked to modify our reservation to accommodate the new surgery date, the front desk was completely inflexible and unhelpful. Expedia called on our behalf & again was unsuccessful. Wyndham price guarantee was more expensive than Expedia - so that's why I booked through the 3rd party site. Breakfast was disappointing—no real cream or creamers, only whitener powder. The front desk clerk didn’t even identify himself as the manager until I specifically asked for the manager’s card. We won’t be staying here again. The room on the ground floor would have worked for his surgery stay. Extremely frustrating experience, especially given we were traveling for medical reasons & we occupied the room for less than 7 hours for a 2-day booking & had a tea for breakfast.

The wifi didn’t work, the shower only had ice cold water and they didn’t provide toilet paper. When trying to get help from the front desk the manager just left the building instead of helping me leaving me standing there for 20 minutes. Very unhelpful and unapologetic.

It was nice to park right at the door and in the back of the building was a very nice walking trail to walk our dog. Staff at the front were very unfriendly. Didn't even say hello when checking in. Just said "I need your ID"

This is a convenient location right off the highway. There are several food outlets walking distance. We enjoyed the breakfast included. Service could be improved upon. I asked for an iron and a bucket (the pipe below the sink was leaking). I got the iron 24 hours later despite several reminders and no bucket was provided. The room was clean.

Property was an older property but was very clean and was a good value for the cost. Mr. Mikes steakhouse was walkable to, as well as MacDonald's, Dairy Queen and Tai Express were all next door. Walmart across the street. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. A good choice for a night or two. I liked that the floors were NOT carpet for cleanliness. A little run down but ok.

The complimentary breakfast leaves much to be desired. A guest stole the jug of milk when breakfast opened up (not the hotel's fault and totally random/stupid) but the hotel wouldn't replace the milk.. So no cereal or milk for coffee for anyone else. I asked and the front desk refused stating "a guest room it so no more milk today". The waffle maker was out but not plugged in (I had to get on my hands and knees and go in to an "employees only" cupboard to plug it in) but they made sure at least to go as far as putting the box of pancake mix right beside it.. No batter was mixed up so I made some up with a spoon and coffee cup. I also had to dig around an "employees only" drawer to refill the peanut butter packets. The garbage was full and overflowing and needed up be emptied. It didn't seem like the breakfast area was attended to/tidied during service. It's an affordable place and I think a lot of our of town workers stay there, which is fine but their diesel trucks will be started and warning staying at 6am and it's noisy.

What I liked was the room was very nice, clean, nice linens and comfortable bed. What I didn’t like was walking up the stairs to our room. Very dirty. The mats and baseboards and trash was out. Also the breakfast was sort of a disaster. They ran out of 1/2 and 1/2 for the coffee. You often had to wait for more coffee. The waffle maker didn’t work. The poor woman at the front desk seemed to have all of the jobs and was always running around but we often had to go look for her. It was so crowded. We went at 4 different times for 4 days and always packed.

Motel di basso livello. Sostengono di aver da poco cambiato gestione e quindi di essere ancora in rodaggio. Al solito le stanze sono poco pulite, non cambiano gli asciugamani se non su richiesta e la stanza aveva un cattivo odore, forse perché una volta era consentito fumare all'interno

Average hotel with good proximity to Jasper. Very crowded breakfast area. Room is upgraded recently. Outdoor carpets were not well maintained which made you wonder about general maintenance of the place

DO NOT STAY HERE.Was paid via hotels.com from Monday to Friday morning. Checked in, no problem. Rented a kitchenette, every dish was filthy, chucks of food/grease,mouth marks and not a small amount. I've seen cleaner dishes in a restaurant dish pit. Toilet didnt flush properly, tub backed up with water when showering. The absolute worst part was I checked out a day early, they said no refund, I said no problem and left. I went over my credit card a week later and they charged an ADDITIONAL $142 to my CORPORATE CARD with no explanation, no call, no receipt. I cleaned the room before I left, all the dishes, stacked the waste all together, dont smoke at all let alone in the room, and did no damage. So I called the place and they said they cant find me in the system becuse I booked though Hotels.com. weird since they had no problem checking me in AND CHARGING ME AFTER CHECK OUT. I said i need to speak to the manager and the staff HUNG UP ON ME. I as not yelling, raising my voice or swearing, just saying no, im sorry theres n way you cant find me, i need to talk to your manager. I called back and they sent me to voice mail. I called back from my personal number and the girl scoffed when she heard my voice asking when the manager would be in. I was told to try back at noon and she hung up. Absolute trash place. This was my second stay and ill be contacting Wyndham corporate and will never stay again
