We are a retired couple from Canada that took a two month Trip to Australia. Jack and Di’s stay was the highlight accommodation of our trip. This rental delivers in spades!

If I could give Avalon Horizons a 10 rating I would. From the warm welcome from Jack and Diane to the layout with everything on one level to the private pool and the well-stocked kitchen, this is an oasis. Mostly though it is the small touches - the personal card, a great (!) free library and the best binder of any VRBO anywhere. There is a grace here that feels the soul.
If I could give Avalon Horizons a 10 rating I would. We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was spotless and perfectly set up, with truly stunning views that made every moment feel special. Our host Jack was great, welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful. The location couldn’t be better, with those incredible views being the highlight. Highly recommended. Ale and Marja, The Netherlands

Jack & Di are excellent hosts. They gave us a very warm welcome. Their apartment is lovely with a real home from home feeling to it, and is exactly like the photos shown on the website. Bath and beach towels, toiletries, tea, coffee and milk were all provided for. They have extensive knowledge of the local area from transportation to the best restaurants around and are happy to advise on this. The location is perfect. Beaches are a 5 - 10 minute drive away, and Sydney is easily accessible by bus, although a car is needed to get to the bus station. Happy to recommend this apartment to others.

We had a lovely stay at Avalon Horizons. Everything was perfect from the location (great views down to Bilgola Beach) and the thoughtfulness of our hosts. We are in Australia for nearly three months but would have happily stayed in Avalon for another couple of weeks.
