Lovely soft white towels. But need hooks in bathroom to hang clothes.

It’s a place to sleep. It would be fine for less money. The pictures are extremely misleading - kinda like real estate photos when the house is for sale, the reality is pretty grim by contrast. My room was a bit run down - shower screen dodgily replaced by a curtain so water goes all over the floor, carpet a bit stained, etc - but overall clean enough to be passable. Reception smells like stale ciggies. Staff friendly and helpful. If you imagine it’s a cheap motel and ignore whatever you actually paid, it’s fine.

Check-in process and staff were the best I’ve had for a long time. The hotel common areas are beautiful, a little let down by the room. It was nice enough, but quite small, with an odd set-up. I was a bit disappointed with the standard of cleanliness and the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. Overall, it was good, not great and for the price I think it is reasonable to expect better. I wouldn’t stay here again, but wouldn’t specifically stay don’t stay here.

The bed linen was clean and the pillows felt soft and the bed was okay. The rest of the room was outdated.

The room although comfortable was very tired … paintwork was badly marked and sink area needed a good clean … layout and Sjze were good .. staff were friendly and helpful .. it was great to have the bistro so close for dinner
