Although the staff was friendly, the room itself didn’t looked like in photos, weed can be smelled in the room, poor lighting, pool was without water, and hotel surroundings didn’t look safe.

Bathroom toilet was clogged before i even used it. Shower had a crack in floor. It was ok for what it was, but had to plunge my own toilet before i could use it and pool was drained for maintenence.

It was absolutely disgusting and made unsafe. There were horrible divots in the floor that sank when you stepped near it, it smelt like mold, the shower barely worked, the sheets and curtans had cigarette burns in them, and the counter top was dirty and nasty. Ontop of all of this there are potholes in the street that are so bad they will scratch the bottom of your car. Then with everything's that has already been said we got locked out of our room. We got locked out of our room and since it was 6 oclock nobody was at the office who could help amd there was no security. Then when we tried to call the emergency number on it to come help us bu the number was inactive. The only reason we got help was because a random lady eho lived there had a number and she called them. They said they would come right away and to wait at our door. 30 minutes go by and I see the security guards walking around by the office. I had to go across the entire complex to fet them to come all the way back and let me in. After that it was so and we left amd wemt someplace else. We didnt even stay there a total of 12 hours. Never go here. If youbhavw the ability to go elsewhere. Do it.

The floors were black, getting out of tub from bathing walking to the bed my feet were black. One of the burners didn’t work and the freezer was froze with ice because it needed thawing.

We will NEVER again book with a 48-hour advance notice for cancellation because of this location. The front desk person was very nice & she did offer us another room, but the condition of the room we saw was so bad, so degraded, it wasn't worth the bother. The doors to the kitchenette cabinets were barely hanging on. Mildew & mold around the bath tub. Open hole in the wall for the toilet pipe. While the beds were tidy, the floors were obviously stained. The smell was dank & strong. The toilet backed up with the first flush. It was just grimy. We submitted a request for refund, but doubt we'll get our money back. In any event, based upon the other reviews of other hotels in the area, we just drove on & left Montgomery behind after we went to the Memorial for Justice & Peace - which is advertised NO WHERE in that town - and that was Fabulous. What an experience. Most memorials are just - well - a statue here, a plaque there. This memorial is humanity. It is a remembrance. Just stunning - highly recommend.

had a bad experience! the floor was dirty the bathtub was broken! and the attention was not the right one

Check in showed for noon and no rooms were ready, first room I got had numerous cockroaches. There wasn’t any bug exterminator to spray and kill them. The employees who “cleaned” that room after I placed request barely moved furniture and just shook a dresser drawer open where some cockroaches were. When they left, I found more behind a mini fridge. I tried to get a refund, but they placed me in another room, explaining the first room’s previous renter had been there for a very long time while the new room’s previous owner kept it tidy. The room was fine, but the mini fridge didn’t cool anything and I found a cockroach the last night I slept there. I killed it, but for all I know that cockroach crawled into my belongings from the first room, despite someone spraying for bugs the day after I switched rooms. Wi-Fi dropped 1/40 times and the tv had some freezing issues. I do not recommend this hotel chain or at least this location.

If you like cockroaches, stay here. If you don’t, go somewhere else.

The name may be confusing as I do not believe the hotel is part of the Extended Stay national brand. It seemed to be more of a mom and pop operation. It was indeed a studio with a kitchenette, but it was not stocked at all. The amenities were very spartan. The property definitely needed a some TLC. There was a new lock on the door and the AC worked good. The bed was pretty comfortable. The location was very convenient to government offices in downtown Montgomery. It was fine for a very cheap overnight business trip, but you would want more for a personal trip.

The first night we stay at the air conditioner wasn't working but they did move us to another room so my state was better after that

The room didn’t match the advertising

Poor evening service. Office closed early and no room obtained. Poor location. Decided not to try and even stay my second night. Will never stay and will vocally advise all against this horrible place. Doesn’t even deserve one star!!!!

Best least expensive hotel I’ve been in a long time. A couple things were messed up but got them fixed quickly it was cleaner than most cheap hotels and it had a stove.

Nice place to stay.All Staff was very awesome . Room was clean and comfortable. Location was within 5 miles of a lot of the attractions, museums, restaurants and shops.

The toilet was back up and it’s in crack alley! Do not do this hotel! Then they ask for us to buy a plunger I said hell no! They need to give us our money money! We was so scared that we put the dresser behind the door. The homeless people was right across from our room at the car wash and behind the dumpster!

Not so good.. paid 81 dollars for a double room 1 towel no toilet paper didn’t even have the key to my room for me office was closed couldn’t get and toiletries a refund would be nice.

This is a bad place to stay. So many people sell drug and a lot homeless hanging around area.

The employee was kind, but that was the only positive thing about this property. Homeless people were hanging out on the property.

This place is crazy at night straight crack hole

Not in a good or safe location. Bedroom stuck and cabinets are old. Security didn't allow us back in from our outing so we had to get another hotel and leave all our clothes and stuff there.
