Very sad the pool is still closed. I would have been nice to know that when we booked

We have no electricity

The hotel itself was nice. In the morning it takes a long time to get breakfast and I believe they charge you for a basic continental breakfast even though you serve yourself get your own coffee make your own waffles which there is only one waffle maker for the entire hotel. The pool was disgusting our kids got rashes from beeing In that water. Come to find out the pool hadn’t been cleaned in 3 days according to the manager and had a green film on top of the water the day after we left. Apparently she was the only one that knew how to add the chemicals to the pool so she took 3 days off and I’m assuming told no one to attend to the pool. When my wife spoke with her she just apologized and didn’t offer any sort of resolution. For the price and name of this hotel I would expect better amenities and service

The pool area in the jacuzzi was closed at the time but other than that the hotel was excellent.

I checked in and only after that did the young lady at the desk tell me “oh by the way there is no water because a pipe has broken but they are working on it and it will be on shortly”. Then I ran into a guy in the elevator, who tells me there was no water the day before either, and they are not working on it, because he saw the workers leave. I told the lady at the front desk I needed to clean up because I was going out to dinner with friends and she said nothing, just looked at me with a blank look on her face. So I ended up going to dinner the way I was after a long trip. When I got back after dinner, I was told that the water should be on in a few hours, and they were working on it. The pipe had burst the day before, had been repaired, but broke again today at 11 o’clock, and still has not been repaired at seven this evening. I went to bed, exhausted at 8 o’clock with no water and woke up this morning at 5:30 and there is still no water. This is unsafe, completely inappropriate, and worse yet I feel like the staff has been disingenuous about the situation. I never write reviews and almost always give people the benefit of the doubt, but this situation is ridiculous. I understand that things happen unexpectedly. What’s open understanding and consideration from the hotel and staff will go along way. I will be expecting a refund and hoping for an apology. I don’t think it will be coming because they don’t seem to care, wow this has been unreal. .

Fire alarm went off. They would not let us back in our room all night

I paid extra for this place so that we could enjoy the hot tub after 2 days of traveling and sleeping in the car. The hot tub was "out of service." Looking back through reviews, seems like it had been out for months, yet they still advertise that they have one. Definitely false advertising. Thought, hey, I'll just take a hot bath. The tub was dirty and stained and backing up when we showered, so no bath either. Also, stepped on what I grew up calling a "sticker". Thank goodness I had shoes on because those things hurt!!

Great room but the hot tub wasn't working during our stay which was initially one of the reasons we picked the place. Our room was nics though and enjoyed our time otherwise.

My family and I went for a softball tournament. We booked his hotel strictly for its amenities it “offered”, mainly for the swimming pool. When we got there to check in, we learned the pool was closed but they had no info on when it would open. When we checked in, we were never told when breakfast was served from or “dinner” or what the bar hours were. Come to find out breakfast and dinner was for purchase and offered a very limited breakfast, only cold items. I purchased a “ suite” to only be given a room they was not a suite. This hotel is a scam for sure and would not be staying here in the future ever again. Extremely disappointed.

The jacuzzi area doesn't work

I didn’t eat. The coffee was good and the room was very clean.

Cockroaches in one of our beds. Then we asked for a cot and the cot was filled with spiders. Lots of lights broken, beds uncomfortable and clearly not clean. Will not stay here again.

We asked for an extra bed for a child and when it was brought to our room it had many bugs and spiders in the sheets that were on the unit. Our other family had a double bed room and one of the beds had a cockroach in the bed. Better pest control is needed.

Too many ants in the room. We came back with bites. They looked like ants. Not sure

I was very disappointed and management insisted that they could not help due to me booking through a third party. There was blood on my sheets and the room was filthy. I do look to take this up with someone in leadership with either hotels.com or the Hilton.

Check in was great, clean room, but one thing i will say to help improve stay. Sink is way to high for shorter people or couple with kids. Im an adult at 4'10", sink was right at top of my ribs. Not easy to wash up. A stool or somewhat of a lower sink would have been great. But other than that. Our stay was great. Didn't get to try breakfast though. My fault.

This is truly the first time I’ve had a bad experience and it’s nothing to do with the staff but rather the maintenance. My room was 81 degrees and couldn’t be changed. I paid extra for the room because they had a nice tub with jets. The jets didn’t work either :( still a nice tub. I had to get another hotel in the middle of the night because no other room was available. The Hyatt had a room available and it is quite nice. I hope they fix the issue I’m not angry by any means. Life happens.

Everything was great, although the drain in the shower was a little plugged and the ice machine on our floor didn’t work.

Booked 2 queen size rooms and they gave me a king size room…. They lady at front desk said they were out of queens and that they moved me to a king but she gave us a rollaway twin that was comfortable… Wife complained the bed hurt her bad

I booked the king suit with that showed on pictures a hot tub, or bathtub and shower. I wanted a bathtub at least on my room. We arrived at property and the receptionist's attention wasn't the greatest. She gave us a room 314. When we opened the room we noticed it wasn't a suite and it did have a shower only not bathtub. We called to the feont desk and asked if it was a king suite and she said o no that's isn't available at the moment. She never mentioned that when we checked in, so we have to take all of our stuff down and we asked if they have at least a room with a bathtub she said yes son we went to room 410. Just a regular king room. Didn't change the price for what we booked neither offer and apologies or something. Will never go back at least here in Hobbs nm.

The shower ceiling was looking like paint was missing the water pressure was not good. The food at the bar was good and so was the female bartender

Terrible service, booked hotel stay through Expedia received confirmation. Arrived at the hotel and the receptionist told me we didn’t have a room.

When arrived at check in I was told that my cost was almost doubled then the rates I booked at, after the first girl couldn’t figure it out another one came to help and said that’s the rate and they couldn’t change it. I told them I need to speak with a manager, the manager did not come in but proceeded to speak with me over the employees phone after going back and forth over rates she proceeded to tell I am not including tax, after walking the manager through my cost breakdown which included tax she proceeded to then check into it and never once apologized. After that we went to the room it was incorrect we needed a double queen and they moved us to a king suite I went back to be told they are overbooked spoke with the manager again over the phone who then tried to explain to me how a roll out mattress works which I sell mattress's for a living again refused to apologize and let her staff handle it. All we received was drink vouchers I don’t drink and never have it was up to the bartender and kitchen staff to make it right and give us one breakfast the rooms were clean but there were ants in the bathroom our entire stay and parking was impossible had to park in the side of the parking lot in order to be in the area. Very disappointed as I have stayed at hiltons many times and is always my first choice if one is in the area

Amazing professional staff

The staff lacked customer service skills, they need training on how to treat customers. I couldn’t even get the receipt at check out, the person at the front desk said that they were not allowed. We always stay at Hilton, never encountered such staff, actually I have never wrote anything like this.

No one was at front dedk when we were checking in. Could not locate any staff. Had to call to this facility to get someone to come to desk to check us in. Keys would not work for first room. Had to go back to desk . Then was given a new room and keys . Staff was very unfriendly.

There for softball quick and easy to the ballpark

A lot of great Mexican restaurants in the immediate area, it's quite considering it's directly of a main highway. Walmart and Starbucks is directly down the street. The property itself is very clean and quiet, parking is not a problem. They're also dog friendly.

Everything was wonderful except I wish it had at least a small free breakfast but we got donuts from a sweet little bakery not far from the hotel

We were surprised to be charged $50 for our pet. The hotel listed pet friendly. My error that there was a fee for breakfast; to expensive for cold breakfast. We will be back to Hobbs bu this hotel.

Stay was great. Buffet needs improvement. Eggs and hash browns were greasy.

Property is nice. Don’t see why they charge for basically the same kind of breakfast you get at other hotels for free.
