SpringHill Suites by Marriott Wisconsin Dells

Room was spacious. Sofa bed was terrible. Check out woman was rude. Other front desk people were great. Breakfast was excellent and breakfast area was kept well stocked and clean. Pool was murky and stinky. Workout area was good.

Breakfast was very good, especially for kids. The pool was clean and fun. The bed was comfortable, internet was fast, and the location had easy access to transport. A great stay for families.

Conveniently located and plenty of parking. Clean and friendly. Only problem was we were on the first floor and could hear very step the people above us made, the floor was so squeaky!

hotel could be nice a little upkeep, outlets not working at bed side, no soap in the shower and door not working to pool. like i said a little upkeep would make it really nice

The room was decent & bathroom with lots of room. However the TV kept going off & in time would come back on. Pool area was okay but definitely needed cleaning & would have been nice if there was a hot tub.

Busy hotel. Elevators are gross, hallways, carpet stained everywhere. Massive line everyday to get breakfast plus no where to sit once you finally do. Rooms were okay for what it was.

We stayed one night, on the tail end of a longer trip. The hotel was clean, had a pleasant smell, and the room was very spacious. The continental breakfast was definitely above average and had options. The only negative thing was the pool area. The waterfountain was full of rust and looked dirty, as did the pool itself, which appeared to have a green algae/mold issue. If they improve that area, this would easily be a 5 star place.

The stairwell on both ends of the hotel havent been remodeled and smell very strongly of mold. It almost was hard to breathe. The mold smells were lighter throughout the rest of the building. The room itself was very nice and seemed to be recently redone.

Stairwell looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Bathroom had mildew and pull out bed had pee stains and might possibly be the least comfortable bed ever. Not surprised I got sick right after staying here.

Our room had broken door frame to bathroom, holes in closet wall, not very clean floors, etc. Breakfast was poor quality and limited items.

Pictures of this place online are really pretty and the place looks nice. Upon arriving we checked in and our room looked just like the pictures. As I checked out the room I noticed a bunch of used towels thrown under the sink which seemed gross. The couch cushions were very dirty and gross as well. Stains were on both sides of the cushions. Final straw was being woken up in the middle of the night by my daughter to tell me there was a giant bug in the bathroom. This place was just plain nasty. Ok for the 1 night we stayed but definitely won't be staying here for any future visits to the Dells.

Hotel could be so awesome if it was managed better. The updates and space was awesome, but it wasn’t clean! We had hair all over our bathroom, a hairball on the bedroom floor, the corners weren’t cleaned. The hallway looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for several days; detritus all thru. Also, they ran out of hand soap and were asking guests to use the body wash in the shower.

Very nice rooms, clean and spacious. Good breakfast every morning.

I know the Dells is busy place, but when Front desk, AM shift, is grumpy, beds are VERY uncomfortable, lots of not so clean places in room. I know, most hotels have mold/mildew, but this is a more $$ hotel and you'd think there was a way to clean it up better? Always thought Springhill Suites, very nice, well 🤔 I've stayed at better. Food at other Springhill's has different options in AM for breakfast, this 1 was same all 4 days. Guess we will rethink staying with them again.

The hotel wasn’t the cleanest. Our bed sheets had multiple long hairs in them, which made me question if the sheets were changed. The bathroom sink also looked like it had makeup from another guest smeared on it. Overall wish the room was cleaned better, but the hotel is nice, breakfast options good for continental, and the staff was friendly.

Was a wonderful hotel for a family vacation. We stayed in a double queen room and it felt larger than most other hotel rooms. The trundle bed under the sofa was much better than a pull out sofa bed. The bathroom was big and spacious and there was a large closet too. The fridge was a normal hotel fridge, but it got the job done. Breakfast was hot and fresh and they worked hard to keep it stocked during the busy morning rush. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any vacationing families.

It was a bit noisy until around 11 pm or so..we were close the pool which might have been part of it...think there should be a sweeper at the bottom of the doors there was a door bottom gap which likely didn't help in keeping noise out. Everything else was good, would stay again

Check in was easy and very friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Got the 2 beds and room layout was nice with a sitting area right inside and a small kitchen area. Weird spot to put TV where it wasn't easily viewed from beds or sitting area. Had to turn it sideways. Was able to watch Ryan/Haley 50 state challenge on youtube so that was a plus! Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast morning 1 was horrible. Out of cream cheese, out of OJ, drink machine broke and out of waffle mix until a large amount of people kept asking for attendant to finaly refill with over 2 hrs left in breakfast. They were not friendly and hide in room from guests. Morning 2 was a little better with a difference attendant actuality out filing stuff. Still no cream cheese and drinks were mixed up in machine so you got OJ when pressed apple and vice versa which probably lwd tonalpt of wasted drinks. Overall great location. Easy to find. Easy to park. And comfortable. Just hope better breakfast.

Room smelled Smokey.

Window had no curtain, just a sheer see-through panel that provided no privacy or light blocking. Very strange. Shower was lukewarm. Other than that room was spacious and clean.

Springhill suites never disappoint spacious & clean nice breakfast and comfy beds only drawback is the toilet was very low and a bit loose otherwise a perfect stay

The room was set up kinda funky. Hard to watch tv at night. The toilet was so low to the floor I had to use the toilet by breakfast area. The buffet breakfast was nice, the beds were comfortable, the room could have been a little cleaner.

Four families with same last name, only three families were supposed to be checked in. Front desk lady checked in all four families and made one big credit card transaction. This was all done after guest had asked if staff wanted to confirm the names of the guests and had delined. Guest questioned why bill was so high and staff finally confirmed all the names that were booked. Double queen bathroom was an "accessible" room. Handle behind toilet seat and handle next to bath tub are both broken and loose. Good thing none of us needed to use any of those handles.

Overall we had an excellent stay. The only quibble was housekeeping wouldn't replenish our towels with the correct number we needed each day, making us have to go to the front desk daily to request more for a family of six. Other than that it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

This property was clean and well kept. The bathroom was clean. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The front desk attendant was able to change my room so I could be closer to other family staying at the hotel. The breakfast was awesome. Coffee was great. The staff for the breakfast was great!!

I called earlier in the week to see if I could get in earlier because of an early show. On the phone the hotel said sure. I get there and the lady behind the counter was very rude. She told me when check in was and I told her that I called. She told me I’d have to wait. I asked can I use a luggage cart to bring in my luggage since there was 3 and no one was using them. She rudely said no. So I told her fine and I would sit in the lobby and wait. She said the only clean room I have is a handicapped one. I said that was fine since I’m a senior citizen. Got to my room and the bed was so low to the ground that if you had any physical problems getting up would have been awful. The room was huge and clean. The free breakfast is the worst I’ve ever had. I personally will never stay there again.

The check in process was wonderful. The people were top notch. They handled our requests with amazing cheerfulness. Could not be happier.

We arrived during a tornado warning (earlier than check in time) and the front desk lady was initially rude about our early arrival. (Normally we would have waited to see if our room was available but driving in a tornado with 3 kids wasn't our plan for the day.) The hotel has a modern look to it. It is a very economical hotel. Simple rooms, simple pool, simple breakfast. Our room was mostly clean, although there was quite a bit of moisture damage in and around the bathroom. The mold and mildew from the hotel room has bothered my family for days after arriving home. Also, I found a mystery pill on the carpet that housekeeping had missed. ( I always check every square inch with a flashlight as I have a very young toddler who spend most of the time crawling on the floor.) They did not provide garbage bags- just simple garbage cans. We asked that housekeeping come on the 3rd day of our stay. We had already been to the front desk several times for extra towels/toilet paper, etc. Housekeeping arrived just when we were heading out for the day (around 10:30 am.) We came back around 8:30pm to find that housekeeping had left our room open (presumably the whole day.) The lock propped the doo open. The hotel has a small pool 3-5feet deep. A workout room, a breakfast area, an ice machine (no other vending that I saw), and a place to view touristy attractions. (Paper pamphlets.) The breakfast could be better. Overall, it is fine to stay the night. Inexpensive. Would recommend for econom

The person at the register gave us the keys to the wrong room twice. The second time, someone was already in the room!

Our room was clean, beds were comfortable! The staff were very accommodating and friendly! Our baby is bottle fed, and I needed to wash some bottles, but didn’t have soap. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and found some dish soap for me to wash my baby’s bottles!

The staff was rude and totally not willing to accommodate us even though we asked for a joining rooms. I called the hotel after reserving rooms online to make sure they note that we needed connecting rooms or rooms next to each other. They took no effort to accommodate us instead we had a room on the 2 floor and a room on the 3rd floor. The pull out beds were NOT cleaned and had garbage in them.

Well run and a good value. Will stay again when in the area.

The room was comfortable, breakfast offered enough variety to make it good. The waffle situation was a bit chaotic as every guest seemed to want their own waffle and all at the same time. Please add more fresh fruit! Thank you! Hotel is conveniently located, with enough parking for all.

Breakfast buffet didn't seem prepared for the number of guests. Staff needed to go to the property across the parking lot for more milk
