SpringHill Suites by Marriott Wisconsin Dells

The room was very spacious and clean. Walk in closet. Continental breakfast had a nice selection. Only recommendations would be for TVs to be able to be streamable from your phone. Only app options were Netflix (have to sign in) HBO Max was free but was verr very slow. Also, they should have a rule parents need to be with kids under a certain age in pool area. There were kids as young as 7-8 by themselves in there.

Breakfast was wonderful! Helpful staff. Our room seemed to have needed more housekeeping! We had no handsoap in either rooms and had to get from the desk. Bar soap in our shower that had been used and had hair stuck in it from previous person. No hot water to shower in the mornings. Shuttle driver was wonderful and took good care of thise going to concerts.

Air-conditioning unit was very noisy. The sink in the bathroom drained extremely slow.. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice.

Breakfast menu was good but couldn't reach glasses for juice,, they were on top of machine. No clock in room. Staff was great.

We stayed for a week and had two separate rooms. The first room we had for two days, and upon entering we notice the hvac unit wasn't running, the wall paper was peeling off the walls, there were areas that a leak had been poorly repaired in the ceiling, the bathroom had mold issues, there were only 3 towels for a party of 5, and the backing to the mirror was peeling away. That night the hvac unit sounded like a helicopter and we couldn't sleep with it running. The next day the bathroom made the whole hotel room so muggy we wished we had a window that opened, and no the shower wasn't even more than just warm, the fan wasn't working at all. And the shower curtain was so thin that it didn't stop any water from flooding the floor(and I use a cane). That morning we made a maintenance request. First my husband did it, and the staff was impolite and basically told him to go away. Then I talked to them, mind you I'm hobbling around with a bad knee and a cane, and she wrote some things down in a notebook. Nothing had been fixed before we got back around 10pm that night. The following morning the front desk staff asked if we'd like a new room, so we accepted. This room was not much better, however the hvac did work, but it made our room smell. And the pull out mattress was covered in what appeared to be blood, old blood...which probably didn't help with the smell.
