I had stayed for 8 days. Unfortunately, the Aircon in my room was malfunctioning and the rain shower was drab. Otherwise, service staff were pleasant and helpful. Spa was very good.

Staff couldn’t do enough for you - the rooms are large. The air con could do with a bit of an update as not as cool as it could be but not uncomfortable. Fresh towels every day, staff couldn’t do enough for you, big shout out to San Oo and Hugo who looked after me and my husband so well. Don’t listen to the bad reviews. It’s a great hotel with everything you need and the restaurant food is also so tasty.
