The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff are very warm and helpful. Definitely a place to consider if traveling to Bali

Nice spacious room. Got the free upgrade so that always helps. The front desk staff were super helpful. And bar staff kept me well lubricated.

It was a nice hotel building but unfortunately they didn't maintain well. The washroom that located on the main floor (near by the waiting area) was dirty and smelly, we can even smelled before we entered. Most corridor that connected to all room was dirty, the swimming pool was out of service (guests can't use it). The free breakfasts were cold or room temperature all the time, nothing excited, and many flies in the dining area.
