Front Desk Services
Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available; The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - midnight. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. It is the property’s policy that children under 18 years of age cannot be accommodated at the property without an accompanying parent or legal guardian. Guests are required to provide proof of the parental or legal guardian relationship and authorization upon arrival. The listed optional pool fee applies to guests age 13 and older. The pool fee for children ages 3-12 years old is KRW 8,000 per child. There is no pool fee for children age 2 and under. Parking for SUVs, RVs, large sedans, and electric vehicles is available only in the offsite parking lot for KRW 2000 per hour from 9 AM to 6 PM and no fee from 6 PM to 9 AM. Guests who park offsite can be reimbursed for parking fees up to KRW 5000 per day at the front desk with proof of payment.
