It's an excellent place for your budget. My stay in the hotel was great. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was great and had a variety. The room is clean and well-maintained. The only down review is the carpark, which has limited availability and is on a first come, first serve basis.

One major inconvenience was the physical key. Very annoying when my wife and I had different schedule and the same key was being used to keep the lights on. Visiting other rooms without taking the key out was challenging.

Clean and big room. It has only one negative character that 's a little far from colombo 's tourists attraction. And a big problem is give you only one small bottle of water for one day!!! If you want more you must pay it!!!

A good hotel with nothing to complain about. The location is very nice, quiet and quite safe. I had to leave at 4 a.m., and the hotel staff kindly prepared a breakfast bag for me to take on my 50-minute drive to the airport, which was a thoughtful touch. I would recommend this hotel for short stays; I stayed for one night and had a pleasant experience.

very clean and extremely friendly knowledgeable staff. Staff name Siva is the one stand above everyone in that hotel. if you need anything to be done in this hotel, he is the Man you need to see. THE Crab curry is out of the world. please go and see SIVA and stay at the Fair View hotel. thanks.

I made a reservation for March 5, 2025, and arrived at the hotel around 5:30 PM after a long and exhausting journey with my family from Colombo. The road conditions were extremely poor, and the location is very remote, making the trip even more difficult. Upon arrival, there was no welcome or assistance. When I informed the staff that I had a reservation, I was told there was no booking under my name. I showed my reservation number to the property manager, yet they still insisted that no reservation existed. By this time, it was already dark, and we were unfamiliar with the area. We were left without a place to stay, with no support or solution offered by the hotel staff. We had to carry our luggage back to the car and leave, completely exhausted and distressed. No apology or assistance was provided. This was one of the worst and most upsetting experiences I have ever faced.
