Close to the center of town with everything a person needs within walking distance. Made for a pleasant trip to see Clarks trading post. Rooms were neat and orderly, the beautiful river in the backyard is a nice touch and the pool was sparkling clean and well maintained. Thank you

It was uninviting from the outside but in the room it was very clean and modern. An ice machine would have been nice. Easy walk to the small downtown. Several food options.

Really like the quick check in, just picked up keys in the box. Had a nice location along the river and even a fire pit and tables. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops was very nice. Everything worked in the room and felt safe.

As far as motels go it was clean, convenient and quiet. The rooms were small but had a fridge and cable television. The pool was clean and the grounds were cute! A little fire pit and access to the river were nice, and there are several good restaurants in walking distance.

The owner was onsite for questions & to help park our motorcycle trailer. He was friendly & helpful! Once we were checked in, no one “bothered” us. The room was spacious & had a efficiency kitchen area with fridge & microwave. Shower was clean, towels were soft & plenty. Property parking was clean & well marked for your own spot. Easy walking to Woodstock Station & coffee places & stores. I would definitely stay again !

The pool area was clean. The rooms were slightly dated but very clean. The check in and check out process was simple and easy. Having a market across the road was very convenient. The area is nice but didn’t have many dining options during the week. More places are open on the weekends only. Overall it’s a very nice property and the owners are very nice. Will stay there again someday.

We loved the location of this property. It’s close to dining, shopping and the river to relax by. The room was as pictured, clean and welcoming. No issues with parking or needing a pass. Gas station next door for snacks or items left at home. Has a cute pool area but was too cold for us to use.

The room was immaculate! It had everything we needed, a refrigerator, a microwave, small sink, small table/chair set, enough space for our clothing, and AC. The area is perfect if you want to walk about, day or night. Plenty of places to grab a quick bite, or a meal. Cute little shops. Located conveniently within a short drive to a larger, busy, retail area. The price was perfect for the area. I can highly recommend a stay at Inn 32.

The property is kept clean. It appears that the owners are making improvements to the property one project at a time while keeping the grounds and the rooms clean. This is a great location, priced fair, I will return again and will be excited to see the updates done in the future.

Checked in with zero issues. We loved the smaller rooms. The TV remote was MIA and we called the office. Dan came down to help find the remote. At that same time, I found the remote under the bed. Dan was cool and it was good to talk with him for a bit. Good vibe accommodations! Hang on to that roll of tape, Dan!!

We got sucked into a last-minute reservation by the good reviews. The room was clean but old, dated, spartan, lifeless, with low-quality materials. We had an end unit. It was quiet but had a low 2.4G wireless signal that was unreliable. The bed was comfortable enough. The AC worked, which was a bonus on a muggy night. We got a welcome email telling us how their contactless check in system works at 11:21am -- 21 minutes after check OUT. It was easy enough to figure out. Easy river access.

Worst customer service ever. Zero interaction with staff, poor response to call - “oh I’m at Lowe’s” was her response when I called. The property is old, dated, in need of upgrades. Had to listen to creaking floor of unit directly above us all evening ( which I can only assume was the mystery owner we never saw since the door said “Private”.

We stayed here for two nights while climbing in the white mountains. Although this is not the fanciest property, the staff is excellent and the accommodations are adequate. I would stay here again the manager, Sage, gave excellent recommendations for things to do. She really does care that the guest have a good time.

The room and location were fine, everything is good except a little bit slow internet speed and the lamp was broken. However, their customer services are bad and staff is very rude. They insist we took their TV remote, but we didnt. We explained to them that we even didnt use their TV, but they still insist they will never make mistake, all mistakes are the customers mistake, put the charge on us and hanged up my call. I have booked rooms with Expedia for many years, this happened first time to me. Anyone book this porperty further please be careful with this.

It was uninviting from the outside but in the room it was very clean and modern. An ice machine would have been nice. Easy walk to the small downtown. Several food options.

Really like the quick check in, just picked up keys in the box. Had a nice location along the river and even a fire pit and tables. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops was very nice. Everything worked in the room and felt safe.

Front desk lady was so nice. Room is clean. A little small but pricing is good. Excellent locations, walkable to convenience store, gas station, shops, and local restaurants.

An excellent experience for my 3 day stay here. Check in quick & simple. Exceptionally clean room. Excellent location near several restaurants in a short walking distance. I’ll be back every year.

Great motel - super clean, lovely little touches (mints in room, toothbrush, razors in bathroom). Great to be able to park directly outside room - backed in so able to load & unload car easily. Very comfy bed, strong shower. Didn’t have a direct river view room but could hear the water flowing which was lovely. Easy walk down into town. Great place and would 100% recommend. Solo traveller, felt v safe too - which is highly important to me.

We had a great day from the time we arrived. We’ve stayed there before, but this time was exceptional.. Bart was running around, making sure that everything was perfect. The little candy jar was a nice touch in the room making us feel welcome.. There was also a personalized card thanking us for staying.. the tunes at the pool set the vibe. It was an all-around excellence day. I recommend everyone do the same. We will definitely be back.

Awesome little gem right in the heart of North Woodstock. On the river, nightly campfires, super clean outdoor pool! Our room was clean and comfy. Will definitely return 😊

Super Lovely owner operators, recently redone motel, nicely done to be modern and clean, but still motel vibes. Nice deck/pool area to sit out at, pool a bit aged but great for a refreshing dip. Amazing little town with cool pubs, gift shops and even a sweet arcade! Recommend for those looking for some cache and charm on their adventures to Lincoln/Loon Mtn.

Bert and Maritza were great at communicating prior to the actual stay with self check-in/out without the need to stop by the office. When we arrived, Bert was doing work around the property and came by to introduce himself. The stay was great, they have fire pit nightly and a swimming pool, also a designated parking spot for the stay. The location was convenient, the room was newly renovated and clean. Would stay again!
