Town Place Studio Extended Stay Snyder, TX

We walked in and spoke to a Kiosk, they said since we had pets we had to go down the street to their sister hotel. We did that, they were nice but weird about our pets. The place was really cute. Lots of workers stayed there. It was deceiving on the site but it worked out the people were nice

First the staff questioned the credit card on file and wanted a second credit card on file which is ridiculous. Second, there was NOT BREAKFAST! Breakfast was to be included and there was nothing. And third, the stove in the studio did not work so i could not cook the food i brought with me. And last, there wasnt any soap in the shower! I am very unhappy with the service, and very disappointed in the stay we had.

The check in process took about 15 minutes. I could barely understand what the guy was saying. I was basically talking to a screen. It was an easy process but took longer than I’m usually used to. The room was wonderful. I liked the fridge and kitchen. There was also a stove with pots and pans. The only downside was that the room was heavily scented with fragrance oil and laundry detergent. I’m allergic to synthetic fragrance. Also, the sheets were too scented and the pillows were too hard. Other than that everything was to my liking.

There was no coffee pot in the room. The floor had not been swept or mopped. There were dirty clothes in the dresser left by previous guest. I believe the web sight stated continental breakfast, there was none. And of all things check in and all dealings was with someone in another country via a kiosk!
