Overall rating is a 5 because in my opinion it was a good deal for the space. We had a family room and it was truly like a small home for us. Everything was modern and we had a fridge, dishwasher, and they provided toiletries. I also love the concept of the self check in which was relatively easy. I just want them to maybe improve a couple of things, the back family apartment #400 has a front door and patio doors that have big glass windows and no blinds. Although the unit next to us seemed to be empty, I imagine if there were people passing by, they would’ve seen straight into our unit. Secondly, there were a lot of spiderwebs. I know spiders setup house pretty quickly and they don’t bother me too much but it’s something that tells me that maybe the cleaning is not the best. The linens and rooms were clean, but the floors could’ve used a good mopping as well as some cob webs removed. Other than that we would have liked a coffee maker in the room, there was only a tea kettle but Leer really has tons of cafes to explore. We were very close to the old town and a kids’ playground. Overall I would stay again. The biggest plus really was the condition and size of the room for a family.

Moderne und saubere Zimmer in guter Lage zum guten Preis, dazu sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite telefonische Unterstützung bei Fragen. Einziges Manko: Die Matratzen der Betten waren wirklich sehr weich, so dass man auch als Normal-Gewichtiger bereits ziemlich tief einsinkt - so hätten wir nicht gut schlafen können. Wir haben uns dann aber mit dem Unterlegen jeweils eines der beiden pro Gast bereitgestellten Kopfkissen unter die Matratze behelfen können, damit war's für uns dann o.k.

Die Matratzen sind sehr weich. Sonst ist alles ok.

Die Unterkunft hat mir gefallen. Ich hatte ein sehr kleines Einzelzimmer. Aber es reichte für eine Nacht. Die Matratze war schon sehr weich. Da bekommt man auf Dauer Rückenprobleme.

Misschien iets van raam bedekking voor de voordeur en terras deur en raampje in de keuken 🙈 veel in kijk door de andere gasten..vonden we erg jammer. Dat mist echt !!
