Logement géré par YupiHome, gestionnaire immobilier local.Logement situé en bord de rue, bruyant et humide.Des travaux de construction en face du logement ont généré des nuisances sonores dès 7h15 chaque matin. Au vu de l’avancement du chantier, ces travaux étaient manifestement en cours depuis plusieurs mois : YupiHome, en tant que gestionnaire local, ne pouvait pas les ignorer et aurait dû en informer les locataires avant leur arrivée, ou tout simplement ne pas proposer ce bien à la location dans ces conditions. Nous avons dû de quitter le logement avant la fin du séjour, et financer nous-mêmes un hébergement de remplacement.Nous avons signalé la situation à YupiHome. À ce jour : aucune réponse.

We were staying because we had a party to go to near sa pobla and Bujer so the house was in a good position. We didn’t know how many were coming with us and could have been up to 6 so 3 bedrooms were perfect. In fact there was only 4. All the bedrooms had the same facilities just indifferent colours and quite traditionally dressed. Parking outside the home was easy and although they liked confusing the recycling details were quite easily laid out. We could work out how the switch the cooker on at first the realised the clock was a timer so as long as that was on the oven did well. The floors were cold being tiled and February so take slippers. Showers worked very well and so did the heating/ air conditioning. Kitchen was well fitted out with utensils and crockery. Outside our brave son went in the pool (brrrrr) the outside seating area was lovely. We didn’t use the laundry facilities so can’t comment on those. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets but one is outside on the patio. We are looking to maybe return later this year with other family. There is TV which has several channels and you can change some into other languages. We took a fire stick from Amazon and it worked perfectly. Shops are locals and bars and some take awayChinese called Fantasia delivered or it was a 5 min walk away. And we went to Bar sant antoni and the food was reasonable and tasty and staff friendly. All in all a lovely short 4 night stay.The house was clean on pleasant on arrival just as it shows.
